So, we got to the hotel a bit early, like a few hours before check-in time, and our room wasn't ready yet. But the staff was super friendly and helpful, and for like 10 pounds, they gave us another room right away. And guess what? We had mentioned that we were there to celebrate our friend's 40th birthday, and these awesome people, Grant and the housekeeping team, totally surprised us by decorating the room with balloons and banners. It was so sweet! The room was spotless, really spacious, and just top-notch. The next morning, breakfast was amazing. The staff was so nice and polite, and there was this huge buffet with all sorts of delicious food. Oh, and the hotel has plenty of parking, and it's close to everything. I totally recommend this place!

Hotel was in a good location, a short walk to the Old Town or Marina. The staff were super friendly and the food was very good. We only live about 30 miles away, but felt like we were on holiday, it was so good. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. The only criticism was that we could have done with a fan, as it was a very warm evening, but fortunately I had brought my own, so it didn't bother us.

Upon check-in, the staff demonstrated exceptional friendliness and helpfulness. Despite arriving a few hours early, our room was still being cleaned. For a nominal fee of 10 pounds, an alternative room was promptly arranged. We had mentioned that we were there to celebrate a friend's 40th birthday, and the staff, including Grant and the housekeeping team, kindly arranged for balloons and banners to be placed in the room. The room itself was immaculate, spacious, and of high quality. The following morning, we had a delightful breakfast experience. The staff was exceptionally helpful, cheerful, and polite. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, all of excellent quality. The hotel provides ample parking and is conveniently located near various amenities. I highly recommend this establishment, and my wife and I look forward to future visits.

Stayed one night on 12th floor, view of Humber and the bridge. Room was very clean and amenities were of good quality nice touch of small chocolate bar. Needed more tea and milk but that was a minor issue and easily sorted. Main reason for visit was to go to the Deep, this hotel is perfectly placed for that. Easy walk to the Old Town lots of places to eat and drink. Very happy and would stay again.

Superb staff. I cannot praise the staff enough for their superb attitude, welcoming appeal and a credit to the organisation. Rachel was extremely good too. I would 100% stay here again and am amazed how wondwrful the views and superior quality of customer service applied by the whole team. Thanks Premier Inn. Your staff deserve recognition for their incredible positive attitude.

Thanks again to the Management and staff for ensuring a pleasant stay. Room clean, bed very comfortable and breakfast very good. All staff were pleasant and efficient. Particular praise to Paul who exemplified all that is expected of a first class worker in the hospitality sector. Pleasant, polite and efficient. Thanks Paul ,you are a credit to your profession and our stay was better because of your effort.

Was supplied a double bed when I paid and requested a king, as I’m on the large size. So was a uncomfortable sleep

Walked from the railway station to the hotel. The area it’s in looks a little remote but don’t let that put you off. We received a warm welcome and staff were very accommodating. The rooms at the back have great views of the estuary. This is the biggest Premier Inn I’ve every stayed at. The restaurant where we had breakfast was very pleasant. Buffet style breakfast with poached eggs and scrambled eggs made to order. Service was excellent. Very central for all Hull has to offer. A five minute walk to the museum quarter. 15 mins to the marina and centre of Hull. Hotel has a bag store which was very handy. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Hull. A big multi storey carpark on site.

Hull Premier Inn provides a generally consistent quality throughout the brand. However, the Staff are what make the stay pleasant. Grant the duty manager in the evenings during my stay went that extra mile to help and made the stay better. During my stay the quality of the food was questionable and generally over cooked. Even though it was generally ping food (cooked in the microwave) or fried food it needed a little more attention to detail. Breakfast was breakfast that's hard to get wrong!. Finally, its a premier Inn and you know basically what you are getting. They pride themselves on their beds which are comfy. Just need better quality linen to make the bed nice to sleep in!!!!

Me and my family had a 2 night stay and loved every minute of the time we was there staff and rooms were great and definitely coming back soon.

Brilliant Hotel, great location, ample free parking, comfortable room, very good breakfast, very friendly staff.

I booked a family room, for 4 people, at the hotel for one night, as we were visiting family in the area. I paid for breakfast in the morning, as kids eat free, which seemed good value for money. On the day, one of the kids did not travel with us. This was fortunate as, when it came to bedtime, my son discovered that the duvet on his bed smelt of eggs, so he he was able to sleep in the spare bed. When we went downstairs for breakfast, in the morning, we were told that there were no sausages today. We filled our plates with other items. Once at the table we observed that the bacon was very dry, a bit grey in colour, and tasted unpleasant. My son went to get a hot chocolate, which was advertised on the breakfast menu, but there was none available. I wish we hadn't paid for breakfast at the hotel and had walked to the nearest Wetherspoons instead. We always stay at budget hotels and all we require is that our room is clean and that, if we pay for breakfast, it's decent. Unfortunately this hotel did not meet these basic requirements.

I especially loved the bed. It was so comfortable. I had a peaceful sleep. The breakfast was perfect and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Room was basic but very good quality. TV was just very small and couldn’t really see it from the bed.
