이 호텔에서의 숙박을 좋아했습니다. 최근에 여기에 두 번 묵었습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 됩니다. 호텔과 바에 머무는 손님은 많지 않습니다. 저녁 식사 후 호텔로 돌아올 때 저녁에 거기 앉아 있으면 정말 좋습니다. 객실은 매우 크지만, 편안하고 편안하게 휴식을 취할 수 있습니다. 도시의 모든 역사적인 랜드마크를 탐험하는 것이 객실에 머무르는 것보다 더 중요한 일입니다. 좋은 위치: Revanna는 모두 도보 거리에 있으며 근처에 레스토랑, 시장 및 유적지가 많이 있습니다. 머물기에 좋은 곳.

Fantastic location and kind, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable, spacious room. Very nice lobby with really cool light fixtures. Be aware that if you depart a cruise boat in Ravenna getting a cab from the train station (or anywhere else your shuttle may drop you) to any hotel is going to take a while. Relax and wait it out. Just as we were checking in there was a couple who had walked from the train station to Hotel Bisanzio each dragging two suitcases because they didn't want to wait for a taxi. I think they regretted not waiting in the taxi line.

This is a charming hotel near many of the main attractions of Venice. A few mins walk from St. Marks Square. They offer a water taxi dropoff and pickup close to the hotel. The room itself was old but relatively large. They also did really well in two of the most important features for me --- the bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. The view wasn't great (basically facing another building). The bathroom shower was a bit tight and the bathroom does not have enough shelf space. No coffee machine or tea kettle in the room. I'm surprised that some of the reviewers commented that the breakfast was great. It was rather basic and didn't come cheap. It was a basic buffet breakfast with a selection of pastries, cheese, bread, and cold cuts. It also has scrambled eggs (not good) and bacon and what appeared to be cut up hot dogs for breakfast sausages. One of the staff at the front desk was very helpful. He recommended the best restaurants during the stay.

Very nice hotel with friendly and knowledgeable staff, but a bit expensive especially since the Wi-Fi didn’t work well. Given all of the electronic devices that we use every day there should have been some usb slots. There weren’t any. Very centrally located to many of the historical sites. So so breakfast. Very good recommendations for restaurants.

This is an older hotel that is still a good option. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. Service was very good and the hotel is very well located. The only thing to keep in mind is that it is quite old and some renovation will need to be done.

This modern hotel is in a back street very near San Vitale and convenient to all the other locations to visit in the city. The staff are excellent, help and friendly - I'd managed to lose my suitcase keys en route but they soon solved the problem! Room not so great - there was nowhere at all to hang clothes apart from two coat hooks by the door. Also there was no mirror in the bedroom, just one in the (rather cramped) bathroom. The aircon also leaked water on occasion. The bed was comfortable, although too low for my taste. Good breakfast with plenty of fresh fruit. All-in-all a good place to stay though not cheap.

We stayed 2 nites prior to cruise departure. Very nice basic European hotel. Not fancy, but had some character. Good location, quiet neighborhood, we walked from train station to hotel (a little challenging with all the cobblestone), and walked everywhere in Ravenna. Loved the city - so charming. Its close to some of the famous mosaics. There are restaurants nearby and a market with a little coop grocery just a couple blocks away. Staff was SO friendly and helpful. They arranged transport to the port for us and coordinated everything the morning of departure (there were several parties in various transport vans all leaving around the same time - they kept track of van arrivals and what party was booked on what van, etc.). Very European - different than US hotels - everything was small (small elevator, small room & bathroom), temperature was a little warmer than I'm accustomed to in US (not sure if AC was on yet in early June?). Windows opened though so we could get some fresh air in the eve. Breakfast was Great! Buffet downstairs, had lots to choose from, incredible pastries and juices, cheeses, eggs, sausages, yogurt, fruit, etc. The staff was friendly and kept the food well stocked. So convenient.

Booked here, based on recommendation from Celebrity. Location is excellent for access to famous mosaics, other noteworthy points in this most interesting city, plus some very good restaurants. The gentleman working the desk during our stay was very friendly, knowledgeable about Ravenna and otherwise quite helpful; he couldn't have been nicer! Our room was comfortable for two nights. We arrived early in the evening after flying ORD -＞ FRA -＞ BlQ, + transfer from BLQ -＞ Ravenna, leaving us tired and jet-lagged. I needed to use my computer, but my wife needed to sleep; available lighting didn't serve these competing needs - - too bright for sleeping or too dim for computer work. My wife retired to a smaller bed in a darker alcove, where she got some kind(s) of insect bites. I mention these experiences not to discourage staying here, but to provide a heads-up about smaller, older hotels outside the U.S. We'd like to visit Ravenna again and, if we do, will certainly consider staying at Bisanzio Hotel.

We stayed one night. Front desk so helpful with information and especially things to do. Comfortable room and lovely breakfast. We recommend it for exploring Ravenna which totally surprised us as there is so much to see. Interesting and charming restaurants just around the corner with great choice and value. A visit to the market is a must. Hotel can arrange transfers to the port and its a very good service. Book in advance!

Scelto all'ultimo momento in base alla posizione - rivelatasi ottima allo scopo di visitare la maggior parte del patrimonio monumentale a piedi - offre la possibilità di giungere fino alla struttura e parcheggiare con permesso ZTL. Veramente cortese e disponibile il personale alberghiero, soprattutto gli addetti al ricevimento, in linea con il calore umano che caratterizza i romagnoli. Le camere standard sono piuttosto anguste e meriterebbero un po' di manutenzione. La colazione risulta sufficientemente ricca, ma non tutti i prodotti sono di elevata qualità. Ad ogni modo un valido indirizzo per brevi soste turistiche, con un corretto rapporto qualità/prezzo, da riclassificare come tre stelle superiore.

La posizione centrale di questo Hotel permette di visitare i siti più importanti a piedi. È un buon Hotel, pulito, com abbondante colazione. Il personale è molto gentile. Le stanze sono ampie e il letto matrimoniale King. È silenzioso nonostante sia un centro città. Consigliato!
