Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. Two restaurants on site. We had very good meals there, both dinner and breakfast. Nice, convenient shuttle.

This was our 1st time at the Landing, but it won’t be the last. Staff were so friendly and cheerful and helpful, the room was great, and the amenities were high end. The location was very convenient and close to the airport ferry. And 2 restaurants gave us multiple options for dinner at the hotel after a tiring day. I was a little concerned that our plan for an early night’s sleep would be disrupted by music from the bar, but we didn’t hear any music at all. We look forward to staying at this hotel on our next visit to Ketchikan!

The hotel is a little outdated, but the staff are always very friendly, and the rooms are clean. It is very conveniently located next to the ferry.

Great location near both the airport and the Alaska Marine Highway ferries. When my flight landed, the hotel's van was already waiting to take us back. Ketchikan has a reliable bus system that gets you back and forth to downtown for two dollars. My room was clean but dated. The exterior and common areas are sharp, but the rooms could use a facelift. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The 10-dollar-off-breakfast coupon was a godsend, and the breakfasts there are great (dinner not so much). Still, I would probabl choose this hotel in the future for the home-like atmosphere. The business center had a computer for web-surfing and the lobby had a nice living room feel. It was the kind of place people in the old world would have just lived in rather than bother getting an apartment. There are other places in town that might be sharper, but they would either be too expensive or lack the warm, communal feeling that this place has. Overall, I'm guessing that this would still be the best deal in Ketchikan.

Very friendly staff. Shuttle was excellent (take you anywhere within city limits). Clean and excellent service.

The front desk staff are authentically friendly and helpful. The restaurant is a real diner, the kind that seems to be disappearing. Just a great local hotel.

Would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. A couple of good restaurants make this hotel a convenient choice. We stayed at the end of a fishing trip and will do so again.

Room was nice but it had no air conditioning and walls are very thin. Staff was great and rooms where clean
