'This hotel is the best hotel in Bagan Serai, Perak even this area doesn't have many hotels. Room facility is not too bad. Very comfortable. Well air-conditioning. However, water is not hot at shower room, they don't provide instant black coffee but they provided white coffe and milk tea (Teh tarik) each, there is only one plug on table working for charging and using kettle.'

'-Bilik cantik, ekon sejuk -Harap boleh tambah nota check in 2.30 untuk hari jumaat bagi menghormati waktu solat jumaat, atau lebih baik standardizekan saja waktu check in 2.30 -Bangunan agak sunyi tapi bilik selesa. Sepadan dengan harga la kan. -Staff ok, tapi kesian ada sorang saja.'

'Arrived @2pm and the reception (forgot to ask her name) allowed us to enter. Booked for junior suite room and been given on 3rd floor which was the highest. the room was big and cleanliness very good. Bathroom also big. Wifi and aircond also working well. Restaurant, shops, minimarket are nearby just around the hotel. Free ample Parking space provided under the roof for hotel guest. I would like to thank the chinese reception lady for being tolerate and nice during our stay. Both my parents enjoy staying here.'

'I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. It’s near to a lot of places and it’s convenient for me to travel from one place to another. There are free parking spots for guests. Those who use EV transports, the hotel has the charging section. Next, the lobby looks modern and you can get free coffee too. I love their mocha! I drank that for a few times 😂 They also have water dispenser next to the coffee machine, so you can just fill up your bottles. If you would like to buy anything, the supermarket is just next to the hotel. There are trolleys and elevator provided. Iron are provided at the aisle. If I’m not mistaken there were 4 irons on one level, should be enough for everyone. The room is spacious. Mattress and pillows are super comfy. Fridge and safety box are provided too. Water pressure is great. I think they install 2HP aircond in the room and you would be more than fine with that. The 2 things that they are lack off would be the internet connection and the TV channels. Internet line might be less stable but nothing can be done as the internet provider has issues with that area. Overall, I enjoyed my stay so much that I plan to comeback soon. Thanks to the staff for the hospitality. They are friendly and very helpful.'

'Hotel bersih walaupun nampak lama. Bilik besar dan selesa. Lift pun ada sesuai untuk bawa keluarga. Staff pula tak terlalu freindly. Paking pun okay la jugak banyakk'

'I stayed 3 nights here for outstation. The check in was seamless with RM100 cash deposit. The room was spacious and clean with small fridge. Iron station at every level. The location was superb with Family Mart, KK Mart, KFC, Al-Ikhsan at the ground floor. Plus, the location is very close to almost everything! I can enjoy my course during the day and straight away going to the gym afterwards without travelling far. Lots of eateries nearby also. The hotel also provided decent breakfast, not too lavish but enough. Parking spaces is not an issue at all. It has swimming pool at the rooftop but I didn't make time for it but it was nice. Would definitely book again in the future.'
