"The staff at the hotel were cordial and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile and willing to assist whenever needed. However, despite their friendliness, the overall condition of the hotel left much to be desired. The rooms, as well as the general hotel facilities, were clearly in need of significant modernization to meet current standards and expectations. Our room, in particular, was quite dated, with furniture and fixtures that had seen better days. The carpets looked worn, the paint on the walls was chipped in several places, and some of the amenities seemed to be in a state of disrepair. It gave the impression that the hotel had not been updated in many years, which detracted from the otherwise pleasant interactions with the staff. A thorough renovation would greatly improve the guest experience and bring the hotel up to a more comfortable and appealing standard."
