호텔 레 랑파르(Hotel les Remparts)

One of six three-star hotels booked though Eurobike Tours. All fine with this exception. Single, older woman checked into ground floor room with ceiling to floor sliding window door covered by thin, transparent curtin. Could not determine if locked from outside. Too tired (35 miles biking) too late to fumble through totally dark , close to empty hotel to request room change. 3-4 times motion light flashed on during night..animals ?? result: scary, angry, sleepless. Negative response from Eurobike for refund.

Nice hotel located close to everything. Easy, free parking right in front of the hotel. Personal and very friendly service by the sweet hostess. As soon as you enter the hotel, you feel welcome and comfortable. Good rooms with fridge. Super breakfast. We will definitely be back.

We had a room in the annexe with a balcony which was welcome in the heat. It was very comfortable although a little old fashioned. We stayed 3 nights but only had breakfast once as it was very portion controlled and limited. We had better breakfasts at a small cafe in town.

The hotel is just outside the old town of Kaysersberg, literally 2 minutes walk outside the town gate. The rooms are large and comfortable and decorated tastefully. Most rooms have a lovely private balcony, but not all, so if you want this, make sure you specify this on booking. Service is good - the receptionist made excellent suggestions for places to eat. Breakfast is decent. All in all a lovely place to stay in an absolutely gorgeous historic town.

Good and quiet rooms, but no AC! Breakfast is ok for 13 euros. Receptionist is very friendly and welcoming. It is better to arrive before 6 pm if you want a free parking at the hote. Otherwise public parking are available nearby. It takes 5 min walk to the city center.

Good service and great breakfast server in the room, so you can eat at the balcony. Rooms are nice and clean. Located in walking distance from town center. We will definetly recomend this hotel and will come back again. Staff is very friendly

The hotel lies just a few steps away from the beautiful and authentic centre of this ancient city. The hotel is well equipped, spacy and very clean! Breakfast is more than you could wish! The staff is very welcoming and helpful if necessary. I strongly recommend this hotel for both cylcists and hikers as the surroundings are awesome as well!

Wonderful location for exploring the Alsace Wine Route and free on site parking made that easy. Excellent breakfast, friendly staff but no shampoo and heated towel rack not on.

Spent 2 separate nights here recently as part of a bike tour of Alsace. Very welcoming at Reception on both occasions with excellent recommendation for evening meal. Rooms were clean and ready when we got there. Small balcony for both. Only slight "criticism" was that the shower was over the bath and there was no shower curtain or screen. It was quite difficult not to get water over the bathroom floor. Breakfast service and selection was superb. Great location and easily accessible bike storage.
