"The staff were very helpful. It was cold when we reached there and they did every thing to keep us warm. Space heaters, extra blankets and hot water bags. The kitchen staff were very accomodative. They actually prepared dishes we asked for. This is the first hotel in our long tour where eeveryone in our group of six seniors were happy with the food. The made south Indian breakfast dishess especislly for us although they were not on the menu. The rooms were cleaned and linen replaced by the time we returned. The views of the Himalayas from our balcony were amazing."

"Lap of Himalayas resort is an excellent place to stay ....it feels like you are in the lap of nature...rooms are very cosy and comfortable and staff is very hospitable....food is yummy specially the kumaoni food ... Value for money must visit this place"

"I stayed at Suman Royal Resort which is a very good resort for stay in Kausani. It offers stunning view of Himalayan peaks from balcony of your room. Must view sunset and sunrise from the hotel balcony. The hotel has nice garden area, well appointed rooms with heater, silent and absolutely peaceful to stay. Food was good, served a-la carte for both breakfast and sinner, as when I visited there were very few guests. I had food prepared more or less to my choice / taste and as per my request. Food quality was excellent and tasted like home cooked. The restaurant staff was very good. Service is very good and ALL the staff management are very respectful, helpful and courteous. Power cuts are common in hills but resort provides DG supply. Will definitely stay here again and also is the recommended place to stay in Kausani."
