We had a reservation with our children on my business trip, we arrived from Denmark via Germany,.. a little earlier and we tried to arrange an earlier check-in with the reception.. but(!) the employee, who strictly refused to introduce herself, very rudely vomited that nothing she won't do about it and sent us after the famous Russian ship, just in nice way..! I travel for work all the time, I had to stay by grandmother in Ukraine, up to Kempinski.. 100+ days a year and it's been like this for 15 years.. I'VE NEVER HAD A MORE RUDE COMMUNICATION WITH THE SERVICE STAFF! EVER!
