토아 호텔 & 스파 잔지바르(Toa Hotel & Spa Zanzibar)

I had a wonderful week at Toa - it is a lovely resort, very comfortable resort, with a great pool and spa. The food was very good, and there was a bbq on the beach as well while we were there, which was quite special. Really, what made the trip most enjoyable was the wonderful Toa staff - they looked after us so well, were very kind, and always smiling and sincere. I would definitely return is I have a chance. Thank you so much to everyone there!

We have spent 3 nights in this lovely new brand- clean hotel. The service is excellent! All people in the hotel are so friendly, flexible and kind. All wanting to take the extra step. Zamzam and Esther were extremely helpful and kind. The rooms are very comfortable, the shower excellent, and all is so very clean. You can see that this hotel invested in having a very nice staff crew. We also had a live music night, with a BBQ, tasting all fresh and very well. We were there in rain season and multiple times a day everything needed to be changed, like sunbeds and dinner tables, the staff all did it with a smile! Everybody speaks English very well. Day trips can be organized in the hotel. The spa is wonderful too! We all 4 took great massages! We were here with a family, which was great, but couples will love this place too. In the evening every table has a nice candle and the a**osphere is very romantic. To summarize: our stay was excellent and lovely. Great compliments to the complete staff, from kitchen, to maintenance, bar and beach staff, and front office. This place is lovely!!!

The pictures are exactly what you get. The service was awesome and the employees are really friendly. Sega and Esther helped us with the reservations and were really helpful throughout the process with any questions. Recommending this place to anyone who wants to visit TZ

The Toa Hotel and Spa is a combination of class and impeccable service. The moment you arrive, the staff at Toa make you feel like you are the only guest, a service they extend to all their guests. The Toa has a beautiful sea view, and is designed for relaxation. The pools on the property are designed to cater for a wide variety of guests. From the secluded pools for intimate and private swims, to the pool bar where you can hang out and meet fellow guests. There is also the pool for adults and children, where one can also take part in swim aerobics. We had a family celebration, and although the hotel is designed for unwinding and relaxation, they went out of their way to facilitate a rather noisy crowd and even provided cake! To rest and relax after an intense period of work, I looked for a chic and nice place to stay in Zanzibar. I found the Toa Hotel and Spa which is probably one of the best options to enjoy the quietness of the Pongwe bay. It’s a small resort, with lovely rooms in front of the ocean equipped with taste. The food is fresh and sometimes the customers are invited to enjoy a beach bbq. The staff is friendly and fully dedicated to the customer’s satisfaction and it was a great pleasure to stay at Toa during these holidays.

The hotel is clean, delicious meals, responsive staff and smooth check in and check out. We had a 4 night stay and enjoyed ourselves big time. The hotel manager, FB manager and Esther (at the reception) were outstanding and keen to address any concerns.

great palace , cozy nice , we had 3 nights in the honey moon suite . staff there is very nice, Mr. ally manager with MR kalay they both always on point checking on every detail . we went there they were fully booked, but we enjoy it a lot the room is spacious , good bathroom but the private pool for the suite is tiny , but we know this in advance they had beach dinner night, which was more than amaaaaaazing the soap and shampoo (coconut and lime) really smells good, we went back to the original store in stone town (inaya Zanzibar) to buy the same shampoo the beach is cool, you walk like 500 meter in shallow water during high tide, and the view is great the only down thing in this hotel is the room needs a bigger air-conditioning

We had amazing time at the Toa Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. The Hotel Manager Ally leads his entire team perfectly, the guest feel the sincere care of the entire hotel staff. The hotel is new and modern, situated on a beautiful and quiet beach. The main swimming pool has a swim-up bar that offers great alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails. Another bar is just a few steps away on the beach. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The food is really delicious, especially dinners on the beach with grilled seafood every Tuesday and Saturday. The wonderful a**osphere of each dinner is enhanced by the performance of local artists. We definitely recommend choosing the Toa hotel for your perfect vacation in Zanzibar.
