써니 팔름스 비치 방갈로(Sunny Palms Beach Bungalows)

I travelled to Zanzibar with my parents and we had an extremely comfortable stay at Sunny Palms - the suites are VERY spacious and well equipped. The staff is warm and helpful and the food is absolutely amazing. Everything was so fresh and delicious. Sunny Palms also facilitated us with local transport and sightseeing at an extra charge. We had a seamless airport pick up and drop off with them too. Highly recommended, especially if you are travelling with family and don't necessarily want to be on a crowded beach with parties.

We chose to stay at Sunny Palms over a weekend getaway with family. The experience was splendid. We were met by Ally who checked us into the property and gave us a tour to familiarize ourselves. The rooms were specious with beautiful Zanzibari details. The woodwork was amazing and the beds were very comfortable. We had our own lounge area where we would gather as a family to enjoy a chat and share laughs. The staffs were very friendly and hospitable. They made sure we were always looked after and really went an extra mile to look after us. The security at the property was very well maintained.. we could freely sit around the beach area at night without having to worry about anything. My parents thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The kids enjoyed the play area and the fun games kept for them. Their food and their mocktails were enjoyable. My personal favorite was the Frozen Virgin Hibiscus Margarita. Thanks to Ochu who always prepared those lovely drinks for us. I managed to capture the best sunrise pictures from Sunny Palms and the beach area was so clean. Their famous and Instagram worthy beach gate that reads I❤️ZANZIBAR is something that I really loved. Thank you Sunny Palms Management Team.. we will definitely be back very soon. And of-course.. great job on having such an amazing team!

Zanzibar is breathtaking and I’m so glad we were able to explore this beautiful island with the guidance of the Sunny Palms crew. The service, the room, and property all exceeded our expectations. We were provided excellent customer service by all but the trip wouldn’t have been the same without Saff. Saff is truly amazing. He not only provides the highest level of customer service but he makes every guest feel like a VIP. It was not easy managing different personalities and expectations during this group trip. Saff, however, did so with patience and humility. For every problem that was had, he provided a solution and resolved every conflict beyond expectations. He definitely went above and beyond to make a lifelong dream come true and he made sure that a milestone birthday was the best yet.

This is an excellent escape from a stressful world. If you want to chill and read a book at the pool or take a walk along the beach, this is the place for you. If you’re looking for nightlife and excitement, you might want to try elsewhere. I would go back in a minute.

Beautiful accommodation, however a little far from the main parts of Zanzibar. Apparently most beautiful beaches are on the other side of the island. Food here was incredible, probably the best hotel we stayed at in Africa wood wise, however major down side was the fact it's a dry hotel. We gave the neighboring hotel a lot of business, as this was our honeymoon and we were disappointed by this. Rooms are spacious and beautiful! Very upscale.

We loved everything about this place.. location, room, pool, beach and staff. We stayed for 6 night, they gave us a bigger room at no additional cost. We walked the whole lenght of the beach every day and sent video recording of our surroundings- paradise lost! to our friends.. We had a beautiful breakfast and we dined in the restaurant 5 nights. My husband loves pizza and they made pizza for him even though it was not listed on the menu. Dont hesitate about this hotel! book it and enjoy your own slice of paradise. We will be back!

I had the pleasure of staying here with a group and the service was awesome. The rooms were very clean,detailed, great housekeeping and uniquely designed. My luggage was lost and Sadiq( one of the owners)took myself and another guest(that luggage was also delayed)shopping for items. They also accompanied us on excursions and made sure we were safe.

The place was amazing and the staff very nice and helpful. They made my birthday memorable 💓

Beware! We have a large group traveling to Zanzibar and decided to book a stay here. After discussion for multiple weeks with the villa manager we came to an agreement on what our group rate would be. They sent a confirmation email and then suddenly went cold. No more responses or communication of any kind. This has really put us out as our other options are now booked and we still don’t have a place to stay. I’m not sure if they were scamming me, found a better deal with another group, or were just plain dishonest. Regardless we feel very mistreated and wronged and would not recommend their services to anyone.
