"A fantastic hotel nestled in the mountains, with excellent cuisine and a cozy spa area. We stayed for two nights and felt incredibly comfortable. The room was very comfortable, not too small, not too large, with a balcony overlooking the mountains (if it hadn't rained ;-)). The food was truly excellent, not overwhelming, but everything offered was of very high quality and delicious. The spa area was also superb, with two pools (indoor and outdoor). Despite the weather, we used both – it was wonderful. The saunas were also great, with a Finnish sauna and a bio sauna. The relaxation area was also very pleasant (with complimentary tea and apples). And the highlight was the Kaprun Card, which offers so much. All in all, a fantastic holiday."

"This was the best hotel stay of my trip to Austria with my family. It is located near the town centre of Kaprun, just a few mins drive away. The hotel was nice and clean, nicely decorated to mimic the vibe of a wooden cabin. We booked a family room that was nicely furnished with a kitchen, a dining table, and a sofa that was turned into a sofabed (and there was a tv). There was also a balcony. The other room was the master bedroom with a king sized bed. The toilet was also spacious and clean! *Note: My family usually stay in modern style hotels and we feel like cabin style rooms can be scary and dark/dirty, but this hotel defied our standards! My mum is also particularly picky about cleanliness esp when it comes to the toilet, so rest assured that you can trust my word hahah* The staff was very friendly and gave us a tour of our room when we checked in, and answered our queries, even going to the extent of helping us apply for our Zell Am See Summercards! There is a good selection of bread, toasts, cereals, and the typical eggs, bacon, beans, ham for breakfast at the Luis Gardens restaurant. The staff was also very welcoming and would help us brew coffees, and ask us for our special orders everyday (these included diff styles of eggs, pancakes, and porridge). For dinner, this restaurant is one of the highest rated in the area, and though variety is certainly present, its dishes proved to be more fusion than traditional (eg we ordered the asian curry with rice, and coming fr Singapore the curry was not the typical style of asian curry we were used to, but rather had a more herby taste to it. We also ordered the roast pork and that was delicious!) Overall 10/10 reccommed this hotel for its price. The room is spacious, clean and has amenities, coupled with the nice ambience of the restaurant and the wonderful and helpful staff. :)"
