Everything was organised for us to arrive at 2 am. Our initial booking was for 3 days but ended up staying for 2 weeks! Friendly staff & very clean environment. Room was spacious & well furnished. We enjoyed the view of the lake & the Dalada Maligawa every day! Excellent restaurant and room service! Very close to the city. Rewarded the long stay with a free buffet dinner at Grand Kandyan. THANK YOU ALL. Recommend this hotel to families as well.

The rooms are tidy and cozy. There was a balcony that offered a beautiful view of the lake. Even though it was located on a busy road, the room was quite peaceful. It's just a short walk to the city center and The Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, with easy access to tuk-tuks. Especially during the Kandy Perahera, it's a very convenient place to stay, as you won't get stuck in traffic when returning to your accommodation after enjoying the Perahera. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The food was delightful. This was our second stay, and our family had a pleasant experience during the August 2024 Perahera time. In February 2025, my mom had a lovely stay as well. Since she was alone, I called the reception to ensure they would take care of her and requested that they not charge her directly, with all hotel expenses billed to my credit card. Ms. Oshi and the front desk staff went above and beyond to look after my mother, and without any issues, they processed the payment from my card, which I truly appreciate. My mother had a very enjoyable stay with them. I've already recommended this place to many others, especially for female solo travelers. I will definitely return when I visit Kandy again.
