"To begin with this Hotel was so good. The management, staff and the owners were very welcoming and friendly. It was very peaceful with nice food but sadly as I stayed long term after around 4-5 months things went downhill. The gym they have started blasting music past 11pm, the wi-Fi from the beginning was a constant problem and most guests even staff said the same. They started putting functions right behind guests rooms where the music was blasting and people were screaming in microphones. Constant banging of doors and shouting in the main corridors. I was very patient and to begin the management were accommodating, however this changed. The service of the restaurant became extremely poor with waiting staff coming to bring room service with empty sauce bottles, not greeting the guest. There are some very hardworking kind staff but mostly the noise with no care for the paying guest. When I would list issues the management were in denial stating everybody has good Wi-Fi which is not the truth as everyone I talk to complains of the Wi-Fi. I talked with the owner he said they would improve however when they put functions right behind my room blasting the owner did not pick up a single call. This hotel often has staff shouting and screaming and is very young. The owner is never there. I gave this hotel a lot of business but in the end you realise there is no care for the guest as they get money from functions so the guest once they pay no longer matters. The kitchen presented on many times very poorly presented food and I waited on more than one occasion 3 hours for a pizza! Management takes no action so complaining brings no results. Their water system on a regular basis goes and often hot water doesn’t work so many guests are paying 50-100k in shillings per night for cold water. They say they will do things and nothing happens. It has attractive rooms and looks a nice hotel but all I can say is looks can be very deceiving. They also have a menu of at least 5-6 pages and they have hardly any things that they can make. Through the upper noise of a client on a balcony screaming on video calls late at night resulted in severe sickness for me. The staff have uniforms just out not tucked either holes so not presented well which again is down to management and so many sit and walk around on phones blasting music and videos which is very unprofessional. The only shining light is the few good hard working staff who I know are payed so little and none ever get days off!"
