아카디아 스위트(Arcadia Suites Hotel)

Nice hotel, clean and spacious rooms, fast wi-fi. Location is quite convenient. Acacia mall with ATMs etc is in 10-min walking distance.

With my wife we had a great trip around this beautiful country Uganda. So after Kidepo we were really exhausted. We had about 6 hours to catch our flight back home so our very helpful guide recommended this hotel. The room was spacious comfortable and had a great view of the city. Downside: One: The restaurant doesn't serve lunch so we had to order from Cafe Javas and the driver guide delivered Two: For day use I was charged the full amount and given a printed receipt that showed the amount half day. Attempts to get back my bucks proved to be futile as the receptionist (name Isaac as per his tag and the receipt) who had been very helpful and friendly had turned into a super crook. This guy took advantage of our situation. I paid on check in and as we hurried to put the bags on the car when our guide (Gideon) came to pick us I remembered and asked my wife to get the receipt from the desk. A terrible experience at the tail end of what had been higher to a beautiful trip.

It used to be a good hotel. But now it's a terrible experience, The room is spacious, but most of facilities are bad. the door is open without a card so security is zero, moved to another room, the hot water is not working, and the AC is leaking water. after a long day they fixed hot water, then next day it came back cold. The service team is not professional at all, here is some question and their answer. the door is not closing? you can close it from inside :) what if I want to go out !!! The hot water stopped again? you should wait 10 mins open until it get hot!!!! and by the way I kept it open for 15 mins losing water and still cold:)

The suite was amazing and spacious. Clean with luxury bedding and self-catering equipment. I love the night I spend with them. Service was phenomenal and friendly. Thank you for.making my first stay in Uganda Kampala remarkable

The staff were helpful from the moment I booked, answering many questions and making changes to my booking easily. My airport transfer was arranged by the hotel for my 2am arrival and was a safe ride to the hotel. The suite was really spacious with a great shower, a small kitchenette, iron and iron board all supplied. The restaurant on the top floor has a roof top terrace with a magnificent view over the city and was a highlight of each morning and evening. Breakfast was substantial and varied each day.

I have spent 6 nights in Arcadia suites, I really enjoyed them. Excellent service and very calm place and near the centre of the city It is very beautiful and suitable for family and business by its meeting rooms Atheletes will love the gym there

Very impressive place! One night stay, but I will definitely stay here again in the future. Room was very spacious, super clean, and comfortable. Gym had everything I needed for a quick workout. Breakfast was quite a FEAST! They give you a menu card the night before to fill out and slide under your door before you go to bed, and in the morning everything was as requested, and delicious. Service staff was very courteous and professional.
