I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was not up to par. On the third day of my stay, I wanted to make coffee but found that the water heater hadn’t been cleaned, which was disappointing. To make matters worse, there were no cups or coffee sachets provided in the room, which I would expect from any standard hotel.
The hotel lift was another issue. I’ve never encountered such a slow, outdated lift in a hotel before. It was not only inconvenient but also gave a bad impression overall. Additionally, the room didn’t come with an iron, and I had to go all the way down to the first floor (L1) just to iron my clothes.
Finally, the cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. The common areas were dirty, which reflected poorly on the overall upkeep of the property.
I hope the hotel management takes these concerns seriously and makes improvements for future guests.
