Terrible experience at this resort. Don’t go by the looks or videos. The owner, Devkant Sangwan, was unpleasant, but the worst part was his wife Seema’s behavior—extremely rude and arrogant. They increased the price after booking and treated us with zero respect. Our pet was initially refused entry despite prior discussion. Worst of all, they treated us like their personal servants rather than guests. Total disappointment.
