Excellent location feels like you get up gazing at the snowcapped hills in the day time and gazing bright stars in the night. Staffs are very cordial and kid friendly as well. Specially ms.deepa and mr.nabh to makeing my holidays As I travelled with one year kid,they made sure about his food too. A must visit place to get so called SUKOON.

Property not in good condition , excellent staff and very helpful , Average rooms , as not much options on top .hence you have to ***age with what ever you have incase you want to there . Not Much good options , and fixed menu is really a fix where you don’t get much option and you are at mercy of the cook and availability

I had booked hotel for my family vacation. Mr Kishore has really take care of us during our visit. Location of hotel is really nice The resort is old and looks it, however the entire area and landscape is simply breathtaking! The rooms are very large and spacious but are in drastic need of repair and renovation. ***agement doesn’t seem to be interested in investing on it. The staff is very warm and helpful. The food is very good. Enjoy treks around the place and eat maggi from the little shacks all around. A great place to refresh / reload.

This is not a hotel/resort . They are a gang and this gang is run by criminals. Beware of these kind if hotels and resorts . They call you to attend some dinner free of cost at NCR and they start cheating at the same time. You may loss your money.

One cannot expect better room and services then this at high attitude.thanks to Kabir Malik (Vivanta vacation club)for this trip. Good spacious rooms with delicious food. They provided everything in heavy snow. Loved it.

Third class hotel , Rat was dancing in my room no 207 very smelly & unfresh bathrooms , Staff are also unwelcoming with pale & Saddist faces, I have never seen a Rat in hotel room in my life , Location is wasted by this hotel a group of Taj or Marriott is needed here, I will not recommend this hotel to anyone , it is better that this is closed because it is a. Nightmare of tourist who spend & want to enjoy Holliday Utter waste , Those are planning to come to Auli Pl avoid this So called Hotel, it is like old Ramsay brothers Horror movies Fort & Yes the washroom are such that the it reflects the Mughal era & Aurangzeb bathroom so old it is & Black color WC I have never seen in my life

The Property was really Nice & well maintained, the rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful . Overall experience was amazing The location of the Hotel was very good

Thanks guys for arranging such a wonderful stay and skiing for us this resort is beaty I would say staff was very cooperative and kind. Nice food Amazing location best place to stay if you love snowfall you should come here in January. Thanks Mr. Ghanshyam ji for guiding us throughout the stay and telling us small small details about the activities which helped us to enjoy the stay and place.

Location:- Best located hotel in Auli. Rooms:- We opted for the family room which is big in size. They provided us with 3 heaters in the room. Staff:- Very good staff particular Ram singh provided us very good sevice. Food:- very good and fresh loved the food at this hotel
