Comfortable bed/pillows, clean room, good food. Great service from staff, especially Abdullah (management) and Medhat (chef). Some issues with wifi (stopped working midway through stay) which was very inconvenient. Good location.

호텔은 그래이트였습니다. 도심과 가깝습니다. 음식은 아주 좋습니다. 직원들은 매우 도움이되고 친절합니다 (esspesialy MD ARIF) 방은 매우 깨끗하고 깔끔합니다. 호텔의 분위기는 완벽했습니다. 좋은 시간 주셔서 감사합니다.

This hotel was probably great 20 years ago. Now it is an exercise in frustration. Here’s a few examples of why: 1) The basic facilities are not reliable. In the first 3 nights of staying there, I had one boiling hot shower (no cold water) and two freezing cold showers (no hot water) 2) The wifi drops out all the time and you get a 1-2MB bandwidth which is a struggle if you’re doing video calls 3) The additional amenities like gym, pool, sauna etc are a mess. The jacuzzi and sauna have been abandoned from what I could tell. The gym has no air conditioning so once I was doing any exercise I was just pouring with sweat. It must be over 30 degrees in there 4) The service level is way off. I spent 25 minutes trying to buy a coffee from the coffee bar on ground floor. Four times I asked for someone to come and help. 3 times nothing, 4th time someone came, rattled around, and walked off again 5) The food is so poor. How you get basics like burgers and salads wrong is a mystery to me 6) There has been no investment in the place and, consequently, it is just tired. Dents, scratches, tattered flooring everywhere. Its honestly a bit sad to see This is from the Meridien chain, a well renowned brand. I am amazed that they are trusting a local operator to run a facility this poorly in their name. I booked the hotel basically because I assumed it must be OK because it was a Meridien but, honestly, the place is dreadful.

Everyone I encountered were eager to support. The rooms are specious and well equipped, but a bit warm, seems there is an issue with the AC system. Food was much beyond my expectations. Special thanks to Abdulaziz from the front desk and Muhammad from F&B team.

my experience to stay in this place was terrible from the start. I changed my reservation from two days to one day but never got confirmation. I drove in to drop off my luggage but I was asked by security to move my car and park at the street (seriously). During check in, I was dealt with distrust by asking me my ID national card rather than my ID number. I was charged for another room to host my family member who came with me from abroad. I will never stay here again.
