We reached hotel at 1 pm but room was not ready hence waited approx 20 min then went to room. All basic facilities available except kettle and tea coffee schache

Very bad hospitality
worst food, it was smelly and awful taste
even no complementary water
very slow service, it took an hour to give a jug of water the food was too bad to eat, i had to left it all
breakfast was also very bad, i ordered a veg sandwich they just gave me bread layered with mayo and cabbage that's it. Also didn't even give me the final gst bill

The hotel treats bookings very terrible and doesn't respect nor respond properly. There is no water bottle provided.

That sounds like a wonderful experience! leaving a glowing 5-star review for hotel manesar in jammu praising their amazing stay, delicious food, and outstanding hospitality would surely be appreciated by the hotel staff and future guests alike. And i would give 10/10 to cleanliness.

I stayed there for one night and it was very bad experience for us. People were shouting whole night. There were bed bugs in blankets
