'We had two rooms at this hotel. In one room we did not get hot water and were forced to take a cold bath (in december. In the other room the ac did not work in the heat setting. Fortunately the person sleeping in that room was able to fall asleep bundled up in extra clothes. There was some construction (remodeling) going on.'
