Loknath sharma ji as a manager,has a good hotel experience, food was delicious, also vishnu ji govind ji were very good attendants, ***** with sher singh ji, at Burj restaurantfood by mrp Dharmendra chef ji was very tasty…property nice view…

Amazing hotel with good ambience, very courteous staff, airy rooms, beautiful architecture, spacious rooms and excellent restaurants! If you are visiting Jaipur this is the best place to stay, located centrally close to historical places.

Had a great threatening and horrific encounter with this Employee without proper dressing sense, no badge on chest display, probably low budget gunda hired from streets. Disappointed to learn the language of disrespect and utter epicaricacy displayed by this non professional. Would highly recommend other hotels just because of this person, self respect is foremost. Reception guy was nice and apologised on his behalf and behaviour but this person was still around to mess and used profanity. Refrain from such hotels who cannot hire a professional who knows hospitality.

I was having Golden uniara membership plann , so I availed one night stay ***** with Complimentry dinner.My experience was excellent. I m happy to avail this membership.services provided by staff. Booking system for Golden uniara members are well managed

I am very pleased by the very kind courtesy extended by Mr Loknath Sharma during our visit to Burj Restaurant for Dinner. Food was very tasty both Snacks & Main Course... Will definitely repeat my visit very shortly again with my family... Overall very nice Experience

Great Location: Hotels in convenient and desirable locations. Clean and Comfortable Rooms. At reception I meet with merry also behaviour is too calm and good Value for Money: Guests appreciate hotels that offer good value for their money.

Today's breakfast is very tasty and staff also good Neha and khamosh both are very careful staff I am very happy in my stay . Food was very good and ambiance very nice . Room are also nice . I am staying with my family my wife so happy for here thak you staff and thanks for uniara .again Neha and khamosh thanks.

Service was good, khamosh and Neha were very polite and pleasant. Helpful girls. Buffet can have more options. If one day u have poori please don't keep it everyday. Keep a few jaipuri special dishes as well. The special chaas, kachori etc...

Food is very tasty and as of my point of we have to visit this restaurant once in a week. And There was a time when we went to a cafe that served out-door drinks in Vietnam. The decorations were pretty nice and optimistic. We hated that they served a little porpotion but it costed us around 165k( about 6.6 us dollars) per cup. There were alot of mosquitos too. Its getting 3 stars not to be shrewd.
