'Overall, the hotel appears to be well managed, and it was nice to see the staff working together and supporting one another. I especially appreciated not having to wait several hours for check-in, which made the arrival much smoother. During my stay, some areas of the floor were under renovation. While this is understandable, there was a noticeable smell and visible signs of ongoing work, which slightly affected the overall impression. The room itself felt quite cool, and there were a few small details that could be improved. The coffee machine wasn’t working, a hair dryer was not available in the room, and there was a noticeable draft coming from the window. I also noticed a black hair on the bed upon arrival. On a positive note, an iron was provided. One thing I did appreciate was that coffee and tea were available in the lobby most of the time. For a 4-star hotel, 🫣🫣🫣 Overall, this hotel could be a good option if alternatives are limited, and with some attention to details, it has the potential to offer a more comfortable stay.'
