WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS? All our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. Regular coffee maker and Keurig machines. We also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper. There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS? Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints. QUIET HOURS: This is part of an HOA community so please be mindful and courteous of noise levels. Quiet hours are between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am. During that time frame please keep noise to a minimum. Any fines due to noise complaints will be passed on to guest. It can be very windy in the area, outdoor umbrellas MUST be closed when not in use or when windy. If outdoor umbrellas are broken due to wind damage, guests will be charged a replacement fee. The pool is not very deep and is not meant for diving. Please, watch your children closely in the pool, and swim at your own risk. Never let children unattended in the pool area. Cleaning supplies can be in places that are easily accessed by children. Please take caution. Pool Heating and Spa (if applicable to this property): *Pool heating can be hired for the whole stay: $150 for the first day then $100/day thereafter. Please inquire about extra fees if booking long (28+ night) stays; *Pool heating when hired is limited to 84F; *Pool does not need to be heated during the Summer months (June-August) it’s usually 80F+ naturally; *Hosts will not be able to provide any refunds for occasional non-working pool heating that occur during your stay but we will do our best to have it solved in a timely manner. *Spa/Jacuzzi when available, its heating is included and initiated on-demand by the guest onsite. *Any tampering with or overriding of our settings will result in a complete loss of the amenity and security deposit forfeiture.
