They not only let us check in early but also upgraded us for no extra charge. '최적의 위치, 지하철역/기차역과 가깝지만 안전한 지역에 있을 만큼 충분히 멀리 떨어져 있습니다. 그리고 도보로 갈 수 있는 근처에 많은 기념물이 있습니다. 호텔에는 엘리베이터가 있지만, 입구에 계단이 있어서 아침 식사 공간과 일부 객실로 갈 수 있습니다. 따라서 이동성 문제나 장애가 있는 여행객에게는 적합하지 않습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 넓으며 조용했습니다. 아침 식사로 다양한 음식이 제공됩니다. 채식주의자에게는 적합하지 않지만 예약 시 호텔에 알리면 수용해 줄 것입니다.'

'작년에 이어, 2년 연속으로 숙박하고 있습니다. 테르미니 기차역에서 도보로 가까운 거리에 있습니다. 비에서도 편하게 걸어갈 수 있는 거리였습니다! 대로에 면하고 있기 때문에 주변도 치안은 나쁘지 않다고 느꼈습니다. 방은 매우 깨끗하게 유지됩니다. 창문을 닫으면 소음이 전혀 걱정되지 않습니다. 프런트 쪽도 느낌이 잘 잘 인사를 해 줍니다. 청소의 남성 스탭이 정중하게 대응해 주셨으므로 기분 좋았습니다. 방은 가방도 3인분 넓힐 수 있을 정도로 넓습니다. 전체적으로 매우 마음에 들기 때문에 로마에 오면 다시 묵습니다. 거리 맞은편의 중식 가게가 합리적이고 맛있습니다.'

'해당 시간 이후에 도착하는 경우 호텔에 전화하셔야 합니다. 전화를 통해 체크인을 도와드릴 것입니다. 스카이프가 없어서 스카이프를 이용했어요. 사용법은 따라하기 쉬웠지만 영어를 알아야 합니다. 방은 좋고 깨끗했습니다. 침대는 딱딱해서 마음에 들었습니다. 담요도 없고(얇은 시트만) 폭염기라 괜찮았습니다. 베개 옵션도 좋았습니다. 욕실은 크고 화려한 조명 옵션을 갖추고 있었습니다. 에어컨이 강했어요. 다만 인터넷이 안되고 대문밖으로 나가기가 힘들었습니다. 그러나 호텔에 전화했더니 인내심을 갖고 즉시 도와주었습니다. 1박 동안은 즐거운 숙박이었습니다. 호텔 주변은 꽤 지저분하지만 티부르티나 역 바로 맞은편에 있습니다. 이 근처에는 호텔이 두 개밖에 없으며 다른 하나는 Adesso 호텔입니다.'

'We stayed here for four nights in June of 2025. The location of the hotel is generally good for getting to some of the more noteworthy site (Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, etc.). There's a metro station around 8 minutes walk away, which opens up most of the rest of the city pretty well. We walked from here to the Vatican, which took around 35 minutes, but would be less than half that by cab. The surrounding area is great for clothing shops, but the food we found nearby was mostly so-so, and frequently over-priced tourist fare, though I'm sure if you walk a little farther from the hotel you can find some good options. The room itself was booked for a family of four, and was comfortable. The bathroom and shower had good water pressure, and the AC worked just fine. Some of the sheets were not quite clean, but we just didn't use the one we found slightly dirty. The beds were comfortable and a good size. The room and hotel have little to no facilities, so you're really just paying for room and the location. The exterior entrance is not well marked, and we actually walked past it on the street several times. If you're thinking of booking here, I'd recommend just looking for the GAP store which is directly across the street, much easier to find. Our interactions with the hotel staff were limited. We received a number of automated messages, some of which were contradictory, or had out of date information. After booking and paying for the room (a non-refundable booking) we were told there was an extra ”city tax” not included which would need to be paid before checking in which amounted to around an extra $90 or so, and the offered price of an airport transfer service went up as soon as we requested it (from 85 euros to 95). The hotel arranged the transfer service for us, but the driver left the airport before we could get out of the passport control due to another booking. The driver service showed up at the hotel at the time the flight was supposed to arrive, even though the flight was late, and you'd expect them to know that going through passport control takes easily an hour, so this seems to be quite poor planning on behalf of either the hotel or the service. We ended up taking a taxi from the airport which was also slightly over half the price of the transfer service, so I'd recommend skipping their service, it seems like a rip-off. Taxis from the airport to the city center seem to be subsidized by the government, and were a fixed price of 55 euros (for a normal size car big enough for 4 people) at the time we visited. The train from the airport is also not a bad idea if you're comfortable using the metro, as the train station is just 3-4 metro stops from the nearest metro station to the hotel (Spagna). Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but felt like we mostly paid for the location.'

'Excelente ubicación.'

'Firstly, the experience was amazing. Before I even arrived at the hotel, they asked me on what time I will be arriving. Secondly, the room was spacious for 1/2 person with a lot of amenities (shower cap, still and sparkling water, soap and shampoo). Thirdly, I demanded a lot of things from the reception and they did a great job in fulfilling all my wishes (e.g., luggage storage, postponed city-tax payment, room extension). So overall experience were great. However, there were 2 things that should be noted: (1) the hotel lobby and the lift were really small and (2) the lobby bathroom was really small too. Therefore, that was the only downside for me.'

'非常nice的居住地段，出行方便；雖為單人間，衞生間足夠大，房間層高足夠（看空調安裝位置預估至少🉐3.2m+），兩層窗和窗簾很喜歡，更喜歡窗外的風景；唯一不足的是電梯，check in時能到4F；次日check out變成4F 不能用，衹能自提行李到3F再進電梯'
