Unfortunately, on the second day, we experienced a serious incident: we found feces in one of the provided towels. This was, of course, completely unacceptable to us. Even more disappointing, however, was the way the staff handled the situation. There was no apology, only attempts to explain and downplay the incident. We were told, "It's not that big of a deal," and the responsibility was shifted to the towel supplier. Since we were very frustrated by how this matter was handled, we decided to cut our stay short. On a positive note, we were promptly refunded the remaining cost of our accommodation. Nevertheless, the entire experience was very disappointing due to the incident and the hotel's reaction. We hope that the hotel learns from this situation and handles such problems more professionally in the future.
