Everything was great and smooth ,location also great !

I had a very nice stay here. The location is just perfect to explore all the attraction in this part of Istanbul. The reception and lobby staff were very nice. The room was nicely designed, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was okey. I had it included in my price however next time I will try it in one of the local restaurants nearby.

We stayed over the weekend of the UEFA Final, it was on offer at the time, have to say quiet hotel with lots of modern amenities. Stay was very comfortable rooms were tidy and clean. Lovely decor. No issues gorgeous view on the 5th floor overlooking port of Istanbul Southside. Free Wifi AirCon Quiet I had a single room big enough for one room 2009. If your travelling from the UK my main tip would be visit a Vodafone store plenty around one 5 mins open from 10am normally. Get a tourist sim pack 20GB for like 690TL use a local sim dont faff about at the airport for one. UK Providers are expensive on mobile data and calls.

The location was great, the pool was good, however, bring a bathing cap ir you will need to buy a cloth cap at 100TL. The breakfast was brilliant, meze, turkish food, lots of hot and cold choice. Good room size, although its hot in the rooms, windows only partially open and the room temp is controlled. You cant alter the setting.

We particularly enjoyed our stay here as it was central. The grand bazar was a minute away and blue mosque & Hagia Sophia were a 10 minute walk, cheap metro tram ran to most places so convenient. Great food places near by too. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Thank you! :)

Second time is here .so bad iwas with my family itook two room one for me and my wife the second for 10 and 12 .years old daughters ..i have must to pay 100 dollar for the window curtain that they lied and told me that my kids had broken it ,i have to explain to them that my kids didnt do this or thier uncle that was in the room , my problem i didnt check the room when intering the room so i have to pay with anger .i give them zero point and negative feedback ,dont come to this hotel they are thiefs

Excellent hotel with excellent location. The breakfast that come with it is free and has a great variety. The staff are smiling and very helpful. Gana, the hostess at the restaurant at breakfast time, is a wonderful young lady with a great smiling face to see in the morning. She is a welcoming hostess and made our day.

The room in the hotel is very spacious and well equipped. The room had a French balcony, so it is also suitable for smokers. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly, they welcome you with a smile and good advice, and they can also book a taxi for you to your chosen destination. I would also like to praise the spa center and the spa manager Jusuf because it is perfect, the saunas are spacious, well maintained and exactly as they should be. If you want to swim in the indoor pool, you are required to wear a swimming cap, otherwise swimming is prohibited. I recommend the hotel because it is just a stone's throw away from the main bazaar and only a 20-minute walk from the Hagia Sofia mosque. Everything is very close.

DO NOT BOOK this hotel. Staffs are very rude (especially staffs at the reception). Rooms are very very small and not very clean. Very noisy place, you cannot sleep calmly even early in the morning. You can hear people flushing toilet in other rooms. We were forced to check out at 2 PM even if our flight was at 11 PM (they did not allowed for late check out even if we opted to pay for it). As they claimed that hotel was fully booked. Breakfast was HORRIBLE that we only went for breakfast 1 day out of 5. Whole experience was a complete nightmare. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.
