Это не первый наш визит в Isola 2000 и именно в Апарт-отель Sowell New Chastillon. Неплохие апартаменты, но не соответствует 4* как заявлено. В этот раз я забронировала «Обычный номер Студия (с балконом) с раздельными кроватями», но к сожалению нам не был предоставлен номер с раздельными кроватями и раздельным постельным бельем. Самое неприятное, что когда мы зашли в свой номер 214, присутствовал прокуренный запах в номере. На нашу просьбу поменять номер, сотрудник ответил, что номеров свободных нет и он не может удовлетворить нашу просьбу, хотя свободные номера были в этом апарт-отеле. В номере есть оборудованная мини-кухня для приготовления пищи. В апарт-отеле можно заказать завтрак «шведский стол» (стоимость 18 евро с человека). Быстрый выход на склон. Парковка сразу возле выхода из апарт-отеля – идеально для тех, кто на своем авто! В общем, все остальные удобства и услуги соответствуют описанию на сайте Trip.

Had a wonderful stay! Rooms smart, clean, comfortable and well laid out. The beds new and comfortable and the bathroom really nice. The kitchen area with fridge and kettle was ideal. We had a lovely view over the slopes and it was so convenient being ski in and ski out. Plus the accommodation was right opposite where the children needed to be for ski school, making mornings easy. The staff were lovely -friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious and so social. We went with other families and it worked so well -it was like a big chalet -as the rooms internally looked down onto the breakfast area, so you could see when everyone was arriving! The swimming pool and sauna were much enjoyed. It was really good value for money and we will definitely come again!

It was our first time in Isola 2000 and at the Sowell New Chastillon residence. We enjoyed our vacation also thanks to the comfortable lodging we had. The rooms are well equipped, warm and comfortable. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The parking in front of the residence is great and the residence is practically on the slopes ... fantastic. The breakfast which was satisfactory is the only point that could be a little improved. We will definitely be visiting again. Well done, keep it up and thank you!

We stayed for a long weekend (4 friends in 2 rooms). The staff were very friendly on arrival and although our beds were made up as doubles they quickly provided us with extra bedding to make them into singles, it would have been nice if they had actually made the beds up but we didn't mind doing them ourselves. Our rooms were on the ground floor with balconies directly onto the slopes. The breakfast was perfect - with lots of choice and amazing pancakes. The pool was small but good for a quick dip after skiing. I would 100% recommend this hotel to my friends. Good value for money.

We booked this because it was 4 stars and supposedly had a pool and a sauna. We were disappointed by those claims. Both the "pool" and sauna were out of action during our stay. The pool is merely a large paddling pool so don't get your hopes up. It is 2m wide x 5m long and an even depth of 1m - the height of the water will reach the top of your thighs. The "pool" was freezing cold and out of action during our stay, as they had emptied it out due to someone peeing in it, and had not had time to heat the refilled pool yet. The sauna was broken and had been out of action for 2 weeks. It was being repaired the day that we were leaving. We had a poor experience of breakfast at the hotel. On the first day they ran out of food, and we were told we could not eat there at all as too many people had chosen to have breakfast that day. This was at 9.30am. We were advised to walk to the supermarket to buy our own food. It is a 10 minute walk in each direction. On the second day we again tried to eat breakfast at the hotel, but there was no hot food available as their food heaters had broken. We were told that we could serve ourselves cold uncooked sausages and frozen potato hashbrowns, and cook them ourselves in the microwave. The hotel had also run out of milk, so no one could eat cereal. After these two unsuccessful attempts, we cancelled our breakfast reservations, and ate breakfast in our room from then on, with food purchased from the supermarket. The hotel charges 18 Euro per person for breakfast - for that price it needs to function much better than what we observed. The room we had is realistically suitable for 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 14, not really 4 adults. The bunk bed was quite wobbly, and if you moved during the night, it would wake the person in the bunk below. The mattresses, the pillows and duvets were all very comfortable and we slept well. The heating in the room worked well, and there was always hot water in the shower. The room is also very noisy in the morning, because all rooms face the breakfast hall atrium, where the noise of cutlery, plates, and talking, echoes disproportionately as there is nothing to absorb the sound. The morning noise starts in earnest at 8am but it wasn't an issue as we were getting up at that time anyway to go skiing. Just don't expect a lie-in. Lastly - this is not a hotel. It is merely rental studio apartments. You have to make your own beds on arrival with sheets provided by the hotel, and you have to ***** your beds and remove all rubbish from the room on departure. I do not think it deserves 4 stars for this reason. At the price paid, the hotel should be making the beds and empty the bins on departure. Check out is 10am on the last day, which is also too early given that you are basically cleaning your own room before departure.
