"크리스마스 전에 멋진 숙박! 호텔, 객실 및 스파 공간은 매우 아름답게 꾸며져 있습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 됩니다! 조식 뷔페는 맛있고 충분히 큽니다. 호텔은 After Ski Bars와 매우 가깝지만 밤에는 조용했습니다. 스키 리프트와의 근접성도 이상적입니다. 그리고 작은 크리스마스 선물에 대해 대단히 감사합니다. 우리는 매우 행복했습니다."

"Ischgl 자체는 스노보드나 스키를 타기에 좋은 곳이며 Trofana Royal은 이 여행을 매우 훌륭한 체육관 공간 + 사우나에서 시작하여 5성급 저녁 식사와 아침 식사를 제공하는 매우 특별하게 만들었습니다. 객실은 고전적인 스타일로 장식되어 있으며 장비를 위한 난방 사물함이 있으며 케이블은 도보로 5-8 분 거리에 있습니다. 또한 말 그대로 호텔 입구까지 바로 내리막길을 갈 수 있어 재미있었습니다 ;) Ischgl에 다시 간다면 여기에 머물 것입니다! 추천!"

"호텔에 머물러야했지만 여행 할 능력이없는 중동에 갇혔습니다. 조건에 따라 요금의 90%를 지불해야했지만 호텔은 대부분을 포기하기로 동의했습니다. 이것은 완전히 "당당한" 것이 아니며 우리는 거기에 머물기를 고대하고 있으며 우리가받은 매우 친절한 대우를 반환합니다!"

"호텔은 Leinsweiler 마을 바로 외곽의 언덕에 위치하고 있습니다. 호텔은 2개의 건물에 위치하고 있으며 최고의 객실은 레스토랑이 있는 본관에 있습니다. 우리는 "메조네트"라는 방에서 4박을 했습니다. 방은 실제로 2층에 2개의 방이 있으며 책상, 안락의자 2개, 테이블이 있는 작은 방으로 들어갑니다. 이 방에서 침실과 욕실까지 꽤 가파른 계단이 있습니다. 침실은 크고 아주 좋은 침대와 경사진 천장이 있는 아늑합니다. 우리 방에서 우리는 남쪽의 덩굴 밭과 남서쪽의 마덴부르크 성을 포함하여 산의 환상적인 전망을 보았습니다. 욕실에는 창문이 없지만 넓고 좋은 샤워 시설이 있습니다. 방은 깨끗하고 잘 관리되어 있으며 방음이 잘 되었습니다. 아침 식사가 포함되어 있으며 음식이 풍부한 아주 멋진 뷔페로 구성되었습니다. 그러나 경고의 한 단어; 두 번째 아침 우리는 조금 늦게 도착했고(뷔페가 문을 닫기 전에) 그 당시 대부분의 빵을 포함하여 꽤 많은 음식이 사라졌습니다. 우리가 특별히 빵 만두와 약간의 햄을 요청할 때까지 그것이 꺼내지 않았습니다. 이 결함 외에도 레스토랑은 매우 좋았고 우리는 거기에서 2개의 매우 맛있는 저녁 식사도 먹었습니다. 호텔에는 대형 수영장이 있는 스파 섹션도 있습니다. 우리는 스파를 사용하지 않고 수영장만 사용했습니다. 수영장은 훌륭합니다! 내부에 있는 수영장에 들어가 수영장 외부로 수영할 수 있습니다. 수영장은 인피니티 풀이며 수영할 때 덩굴 밭과 동쪽의 저지대 너머로 수 마일 떨어진 곳을 볼 수 있습니다. 수영을 연습하고 싶다면 수영장에도 제트 스트림이 있습니다. 전반적으로 이것은 매우 좋은 호텔입니다. 싸지는 않지만 지출 한 돈에 비해 여전히 매우 좋은 가치입니다."

"Heiser helps 5/5 13 hours ago on Google We were now to 3.mal at the tannhof with dog. It was just great. We felt again as with good friends from the beginning. It's all familiar and not as in other hotels cold and masses. All staff, whether service power or owners all super nice and natural. Breakfast buffet and especially dinner are just delicious. We can simply recommend the tanning station. We will come back in September next year and we are happy now ...Unfortunately it takes 1 year 😪. We thank all the staff of the tanning station once again and wish you everything good. Lg Meryem, Werner and Tyson. 🫠 P.S. unfortunately could not get cow watch ... had otherwise had to take whole 🐄.. 😅🤣😂"

"Excellent stay at a top hotel in Ischgl. Having just returned from a week at the schlosshotel with a group of friends I can fully recommend the hotel in terms of its location, service, food and amenities. The staff have been amazing and couldn’t have been more attentive, from the breakfast to the evening meal they were superb, making sure any dietary/food requests were met quickly and always friendly. We stayed half board for a week and ate in the Kristallsaal Restaurant where we had a varied 6 course meal each evening. The food was beautifully presented and very well cooked, offering typically a meat, fish or vegetarian choice of main course. Whilst wines were also recommended there was plenty of choice on the full wine list - and a wide range of prices too !! Breakfast is buffet style but there are also plenty of dishes that can be ordered fresh from omelettes, pancakes, eggs benedict etc etc so plenty to get you through a full day on the slopes. There is a ski shop for hire/servicing and storage for your own skis etc there also. Our group all had our skis serviced whilst there and they were well prepped overnight and ready next morning. In terms of access to the slope, the hotel is easy to ski back to at the end of the day - a red run (route 1) down from the top although this can be busy in places when everyone is heading back as lifts start closing. There are many comments about ski out - the hotel is about 50m from the main road, and you can ski out from the front or side of the hotel to the road 50m away (or walk the same) and then there is a very short 3-4 min walk to the Silvrettabahn gondola which really isn’t much effort . As always Ischgl is great for apres ski - the TrofanaAlm bar next door is lively as is the Champagnebar next door. There was some noise late at night from here and the street below but we only heard this if the slept with the windows open, otherwise once closed there was little disturbance. Our room was right at the front overlooking the street - prior to staying we had a few concerns about noise but having now stayed there it really wasn’t a problem, everyone in our group slept soundly (helped by a few drinks over the evening I suspect)! Overall I couldn’t fault the hotel and would highly recommend it and the excellent staff who will look after you very well. If there’s anything you need just ask them! "

"An absolute gem of a hotel. Family owned, really luxurious but without any hint of stuffiness or unnecessary formality. The facilities are excellent - a large spa, sauna and steam room area, but the real jewel is the roof top pool and hot tub, where you can relax following a hard day’s skiing with a beer and watch people brave the ski in! Food is deliciously, with a big selection on offer. Every member of staff we met was very friendly, attentive and provided excellent service. Great location close to two gondola. We will definitely be back!"
