Close to everything & on the Mousam River's edge is our newly renovated guest suite surrounded by beautiful gardens. The unit has its own entrance in the back of our home with a private seating area that looks out over the river. The suite has LR/kitchen area (Queen sofa bed), one bedroom with King size bed and one bath with shower. Home is located 10 minute walk from downtown Kennebunk. The Kennebunk beach is a 4.5 mile drive. Portland is a 30 minute drive.Guests are welcome to bring their own kayaks and enjoy time on the river. We have a dock for easy access, though water levels can vary depending on the season and rainfall, so launching may not always be ideal directly from the dock. Unwind at this in-town, historic Maine colonial in the center of Kennebunk! This 1800's home has historic charm with hardwood floors, glass doorknobs, coastal details, with USB plugs, sensor lighting, and other modern amenities throughout. The house sits southwest of Kennebunk center, a 5 minute walk to shops, restaurants, and library in this beautiful, flower adorned historic town. 5 spots for breakfast, 9 for lunch and 5 for dinner are in walking distance to the house., as well as a natural foods store a block away. Activities like bowling, pickleball, Saturday summer crafts fair, a farmers market, and ice skating in winter are less than a half mile walk. Several amazing beaches (Parsons, Mother's, Gooch’s, Drakes Island in Wells) are a 6-15 minute drive or a 15-30 minute bike ride away. DDanielniubi説實話，酒店的環境那的確相當不錯，酒店的海景非常震撼，在炎熱的夏天去到這也是避暑，還可以看到日出，晚上的月光也很好看；但是的確性價比不夠，在這個價位來説的確不太值，房間很小。而且房間的羽絨被會掉羽毛，睡的會打噴嚏然後總感覺自己吸進去了一點很不舒服。
服務：在這個價位的酒店來説也是一般，中規中矩，要不是景色這麼漂亮可能會覺得不好，我住的那個房間的電話也是壞的，打不通客房服務，無法在房間訂餐。
設施：酒店裡沒有自助早餐，單點的早餐性價比低，而且不好吃；不過自助區的咖啡茶蘇打水還有鮮奶還是不錯。龍蝦很好吃，點了兩衹兩磅的，66刀一衹，很大。
關於泳池的話有温泉，應該可以看海景小小的池，不過泳池都是在九點後才開門，感覺有點太晚了，關閉是在晚上十點鐘。
還有入住時間是在下午四點太晚了，然後退房時間又在上午11點又太早了。

리리뷰어We just came back from our 4 nights stay. The Inn looked clean and offered a good breakfast, although in a different building. That is pretty much it.
Our stay was not the most pleasant though. We booked a room for 3 people (we were traveling with our teenage kid) and at the time of booking I specified that I needed a room large enough for three people and an additional bed for our son. I called the Inn twice in the week prior to our arrival to make sure we had the room we needed and to let them know that we were arriving late in the evening. We arrived on Thursday night at 9 pm to find out that the room we were given was incredibly small and there was no place for an additional bed. The receptionist, a foreign student, called the manager who told her to add a cot to the already small room. We asked for another room and we were offered a room on the third story that was identical to the one we were given but with an awful smell and we declined it. The receptionist told us to either take the room we were assigned or leave. Little caveat, we had already prepaid a non refundable rate and at this time of the year there are no rooms available on Old Orchard Beach without a reservation. The receptionist did not seem to understand the conundrum of the prepaid non refundable stay and did not want to call the manager a second time to try to help us out. We did not want to lose the money we had already disbursed for our vacation so we had no choice but to take the room we were given, move the furniture around to fit a cot bed between our bed and a bureau (which then we could not use because his bed was right against the drawers). Every night we had to move all the luggage against the door to have enough space for the three of us to get to the tiniest bathroom you can think of (a closet repurposed as a bathroom). I do not understand why they accepted the reservation and ended up messing up with our vacation. They could have rejected the reservation saying that they did not have a room for us and I would have booked a room somewhere else. This small room could have worked for a couple but did not work for a family. The room service is offered every other day which meant leaving wet towels from 3 people's showers on the bathroom for an entire day. On one day, I asked for a garbage bag and put the wet towels outside the floor for someone to pick up. Same for the garbage. They sat there in the hallway until the next day. How do they expect people to shower every day, without a change of towels, especially after spending a day at the beach? There are a lot of things that could have been done better. We have been at OOB several times and other motels offer a much better service. I think there is a lot of potential but they need better management.
Will not stay there again.
