This lakefront home feels very private- it's as if you are the only guests on Seneca lake! This home is family friendly and fun for adults, too. Make dinner on the grill and eat outside on the deck overlooking Seneca lake, or visit some of the nearby restaurants: casual or fine dining. Enjoy a glass of wine on the dock or at a local winery (or brewery, if beer is more your style!). Make a fire in the fire pit on the beach and indulge in some sticky s'mores. Dock, kayaks, and paddle boats (and life jackets) provided! Play all day at the lake: fishing, kayaking, swimming, or just relaxing. Enjoy the wildlife! Herons and other birds abound- even bald eagles have been spotted in the skies!This lakefront ranch home features 4 bedrooms (one king, two queens, and a room with two bunk beds) and a comfortable queen sleeper sofa. Two full bathrooms, spacious living room with lots of seating and natural light, and an expansive outdoor deck await you. Drive right up to the door of the house! There is plenty of parking: the driveway can easily accommodate 6 vehicles. The home is on a quiet residential street with very little traffic. Only 11 steps to the beach! The beach is a natural shale beach. You'll find a picnic table and other furniture on the beach. In the summer the wildflowers attract beautiful butterflies!Bring your own boat: there are cleats on the end of the dock available for your use.Stay comfortable!
