'이렇게 나쁜 리뷰를 쓸 필요는 없었습니다. 내가 쓴 것에 대한 끔찍한 경험. 첫 프론트 리셉션 인상이 나빴습니다. 접수원 2명, 한 명은 전화로 문제가 있는 여성을 도와줍니다. 그녀는 매우 스트레스를 받은 것 같았습니다. 우리가 줄을 서도록 도와주는 신사. 내 차례가 되었는데 카드가 통과되지 않더군요. 그 여자 접수계원이 통화를 마쳤을 때 정신이 쇠약해질 것 같았습니다. 그런 다음 그는 그녀 측에서 내 카드를 사용해 보기로 결정했고 성공적으로 처리되었습니다. 그는 나에게 열쇠에 대해 설명하거나 지시하지 않았습니다. 객실의 엘리베이터와 전력을 작동하려면 열쇠가 필요했습니다. 스스로 알아내야 했습니다. 그는 주차를 제안하거나 설명하지 않았습니다. 짐을 내린 후 다시 운전해서 돌아다녔는데 주차할 곳이 없다는 것을 알게 되었습니다. 접수원이 내 카드를 거의 처리했습니다. 3박을 묵었는데 아무도 내 방에 쓰레기를 치우거나 더러운 수건을 치우러 가지 않았습니다. 그들이 한 유일한 일은 체크아웃 전날 밤에 깨끗한 수건 세트를 놓아두는 것뿐이었습니다. 장애인용 방을 배정받았습니다. 나는 하나도 요구하지 않았습니다. 침실용 스탠드의 조명이 뽑혀 있었습니다. 접이식 침대 안에서 로또 티켓 여러 장을 발견했습니다. 화장지 손잡이가 부러졌습니다. 그런데…..8시에 문을 닫는 바는 어떤 곳인가요? 바텐더는 전문적이거나 환영받지 못하는 것 같았습니다. 체크아웃할 때 영수증을 어떻게 원하는지 물었습니다. 종이나 이메일로. 나는 그녀에게 이메일을 받는 것이 낫다고 말했습니다. 오전 8시쯤 체크아웃했는데 오후 4시 35분인데 이메일을 받지 못했습니다. 제가 일을 훌륭하게 수행했다고 말할 수 있는 유일한 사람은 주차 대행 직원이었습니다. 그들은 친절하고 도움이 되었으며 맡은 일을 해냈습니다.'

Monthly Beach House Rental!Three blocks from the beach, your family will love this centrally located beach house.Escape to the beach and feel at home before you even walk in the door. Tucked in on a peaceful and private lane, 3 blocks from Sunny Cove or Corcoran Beach; the sound of distant crashing waves and ocean smell are good for the soul. There is room for the whole family: 2 bedrooms and 1 bath downstairs and master suit and family room upstairs. There is a well stocked kitchen to make a fabulous meal. There is a spacious dining area and living room downstairs. There is a leather section couch with reclining ends and a 55” TV. There is an additional family room upstairs with a 55” TV and dart board, comfy couch to play other games as well. In addition we just put in a queen Murphy bed for additional guests. This house is bright and cozy !There are beach chairs, boogie boards, foam top surf boards and sand toys in garage to use. We have lots of beach cruisers available for our guests, bring your own helmets. There is a hot tub and outdoor shower too. There is so much to do in Santa Cruz with The Santa Cruz Boardwalk and Wharf near by, world famous Pleasure Point surfing, shopping and dining on 41st, just hop on a bike or walk, all of it is minutes away. There is a Starbucks and a farmers market on Sundays one block away, as well as a brewery with a different activity each night that you won't want to miss. If you like mountains, the nearby redwoods are incredible and there are several state parks to hike in. We love it here and you will too.You will have access to the entire main house and there is a private entrance. There is a separate unit over the detached garage, which the owner uses, especially if the surf is good. There is a separate entrance and yard , so you might not even know we are there unless the light is on. The garage is not connected to the main house. If the owner is there, the garage, outdoor shower, deck and hot tub are shared space. We may also be around to do yard work if needed. Due to Santa Cruz county laws and ordinances, we can only rent our house for more than 30 days, that is why we offer a 20% discount. **** Gorgeous 3 Bedroom 2.5 bath house with a very large kitchen off living room with TV and WiFi. The kitchen table sits next to a sliding glass door that leads to the backyard deck which is shaded by a large avocado tree. The backyard offers privacy. Across the hall from the laundry room is the half bathroom. Next,Inside is a master bedroom / bathroom with a jacuzzi tub that easily holds two adults there is also a shower with dual shower heads. The den is on the other side of the staircase, it has a new queen size sofa bed. It’s location avoids foot traffic from the main rooms downstairs. Upstairs are two bedrooms and the second bathroom with a large shower. 리리뷰어커피를 위해 줄을 서서 기다리는 것은 성가신 일이었지만 여전히 내 체류의 호화로운 느낌을 줄이지 않았습니다. 가장 큰 불편은 10시 이후의 게이트였습니다. 처음에는 누군가가 바로 그곳에서 기다리고 있었지만 두 번째에는 차량을 나와 버저에서 전화를 걸어 응답이 없었습니다. 음성 메일만 받았습니다. 결국 들어갔지만 그 어두운 지역에서 혼자 매우 불편했고 다른 사람이 내 뒤에 끌어 들일만큼 시간이 걸렸습니다. 나는 내가 원하는 매우 편리한 정수 된 물과 세탁 편의 시설이 모든 곳에서 표준이되기를 바랐습니다. 나는 인쇄 된 영수증을 요청했지만 프린터가 다운되었고 이메일을받을 것이라고 확신했습니다. Trip.com 내가 체류를 완료했다고 등록하지 않은 것 같습니다. 그래서 예약과 trip.com의 대장간에 뭔가 iffy가 있습니다.

司司해변에서 멀지 않은 산타크루즈에서 중요한 것은 바로 옆에 더 정통 중식당이 있다는 것. 방은 밝고 깨끗합니다. 아침 식사는 평균입니다. 주차하면 하루에 15달러입니다. 주차를 하려면 프론트 데스크에 자동차 키를 주어야 합니다.

HHui호텔은 계곡에 위치하고 있으며 방 밖에 개울이 있으며 발코니 문이 열리고 개울이 흐르고 있습니다 (이 소리가 너무 치유됩니다), 방은 매우 큽니다. 1.35 침대 2 개, 공기 중 산소 이온 농도가 매우 높습니다. 목욕을 할 때 물이 멈춘 것이 유감입니다.

리리뷰어I booked this Hilton hotel for 2days, 1night trip to visit Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and the Mysterious Spot. The hotel was located within an accessible travel distance to the two attractions. I booked a room with two double beds. The room was clean, and newly renovated. Parking fee was USD10. There was an extra fee for in-room WiFi. The heated outdoor swimming pool was a bit small and crowded in the afternoon. The pool water was not clean, with leaves, bugs and human hairs. If I visit Santa Cruz again, I will try other hotels in the area.

리리뷰어Friendly staff. Clean room. Great location. A few things would have made it so much better- simple hooks to hang clothes in the bathroom or vanity area, shampoo/conditioner/bodywash dispensers in the shower, higher quality towels, and COFFEE anywhere in the room or even in the office. I’d likely not stay here again as others in the area are similar priced and have better amenities.

EeM.MNice hotel but there are issues with parking space and cockroaches in the room, clogs in the sink in the bathroom as well as in 4 hours the lady from spa build wasn't there/didn't pick up the phone despite being opened... so we couldn't reserve any massage...

Pphtkym위치는 훌륭합니다. 산타 크루즈 비치 보드워크까지 도보로 단 몇 분 거리입니다. 방은 깨끗하고 침대는 편안했지만 에어컨이 너무 시끄럽고 밤새도록 계속 작동하고 수면 중에 불쾌한 소음을 계속 발생했습니다. 또한 전자레인지가 제대로 작동하지 않아 소자전거 음식 몇 분만 있으면 사용할 수 없었고(과열로 인해 실패했다고 생각합니다) 10분 이상 기다려야 다시 사용할 수 있었습니다. 우리는 전자 레인지를 TV 아래 선반에서 다른 위치로 옮겨야 더 빨리 식힐 수 있었습니다.

리리뷰어The front desk staff are very proactive, kind, and extremely responsive. Their customer service is outstanding. They went above and beyond to help me enjoy my stay. The hotel amenities are exactly what I was looking for. It’s a nice place to stay with the family because of updated kitchen and cleanliness.
