The on-property creek contains plenty of trout, but for those who want a sure thing the Fun Family Fishing Trout Farm is nearby. They guarantee a catch, will provide rods and even clean the fish for you while you wait. The entertainment area includes a BBQ for grilling them up for a healthy meal, and the enclosed yard with a large playground allows the kids to run around without having to worry about them wandering down to the river or the road unattended. There are plenty of summer activities in the area, including dozens of hiking and biking trails, canoeing, kayaking, boating and water skiing at the nearby Jordanelle reservoir.
