This unit is a 12 x 28 foot tiny house that comfortably sleeps 5 with a Queen Size bed, a Full sized mattress in the loft and futon in the living area. We are minutes away from many of the major attractions in the area including: rafting companies (ACE, AOTG, River Expeditions), hiking, shops, and restaurants. We are located in the city of Oak Hill so no crazy backroads or surprises : )Relax on our back porch, around the firepit, or inside in AC after a great day of having fun!The space includes two bedrooms (each with their own TV). One bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has two bunk beds (3 twins and a full). We have a washer and dryer at your disposal. The house is 936 square feet. We welcome 6 people to stay at a time, but be aware that it can get a bit crowded with that number (the bathroom is pretty small). 4 people can fit quite comfortably :)Please note that the “No Pet” policy is for guests. When we are using the house, we do bring our dog, Medora. She will usually end up being there about 2-3 weeks total throughout the year.
