You have EXCLUSIVE use of the very RARE Double Dock (with a Double Swing over the Water), and the entire Waterfront backyard with a Fire Pit and ALL the Firewood you can imagine! 😄Two Large Bedrooms. One has a Queen Bed and the other has 2 Twin beds. Both Rooms have two large closets with extra Blankets and Linens! The Entire Separated Side of our Home is Your Apartment. You have Your Own Separate Entrance and Exit! I would like to mention to my guests that at times the WiFi can be a bit slow and the cell service may be a bit spotty. The property is completely separated from everything else with 50 acres of farmland and beautiful scenic views. Don't let this fool you though, we are around 5 minutes away from town, shopping centers, grocery stores, etc. The unique "Barn" look is one of a kind in the area with plenty of room for parking.Ask about our HUGE Baseball/Softball Hitting Facility along with humongous space for guest to hangout in. This is located right behind our house. 2 bathrooms, kitchen, couches, chairs, 7 TVs (98 and 85 inch). This is a separate fee from the VRBO house but very reasonable price. Please ask for more info on this very cool setup where guest can just hangout in!!I realize how important family time is and the cost of things these days which is one of the reasons why I do this. Family and friends are a big part of my life and this provides me the opportunity to see them more often. When they are not in town, this house can be used by families from all over without having to stress about paying a ton of money. This is the perfect place to stay for a very reasonable price that offers several things other places can not.This place is also great for the ones who are traveling to the Outer Banks and want to get that extra day of vacation without having to burn a vacation day on the road all day. We are only an hour away and great opportunity for families big or small to stay, get up early, and beat the traffic to enjoy an extra day at the beach.
