The landscaping is meticulous as are the furnishings, kitchen equipment, etc. The house has 4 bedrooms (king, queen, two twins, three twins) plus two additional built in standard twin beds in the upstairs hall. The primary (king) and queen bedrooms are on the first floor. The bedrooms with all the twins (plus the hallway built in beds) are on the second floor.
