Come enjoy this spacious apartment featuring two bedrooms, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large living and dining area. Want to spend time outdoors? Step outside, and there is a sizeable semi-fenced backyard that will suit all your needs. We got it all, from the enclosed pavilion with lounging furniture and life sized games. A bonus, we are only 10 minutes from Orchard Beach! Inside the apartment you will find that up to six guests can sleep comfortably. The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a wardrobe closet, and a workstation. The secondary bedroom has a full-size bed. The living room has a full-sized sofa bed, available upon request and will be set up prior to your arrival.Upon arrival, you will access your unit through a private entrance located at the back of the house. You will be able to self-check in with a smart lock and your personal code will be sent via email. There are two parking spots available in the driveway to park your vehicles. If additional parking is needed, please get in touch with me. During your stay, you will be able to use and enjoy the backyard, including a large pavilion, outdoor furnishings, fire place, and life sized games. Please note to keep the home decluttered, some of the amenities listed are not located inside the apartment but are still on the property.
