The cottage can house 4 people comfortably, and I just recently replaced the couch with a sleeper sofa that can accommodate 2 additional guests. It is in a transitional neighborhood and within walking distance of the Calico Creek Boardwalk/Bird Sanctuary and Morehead City Waterfront where the Big Rock Blue Marlin Tournament and NC Seafood Festival are held each year. Many other water accesses are close by, including the Intracoastal Waterway and sandy beaches overlooking it. Historic Beaufort is 9 minutes away by car. The cottage is equipped with a full kitchen, high speed internet, and 3 smart TVs. There is also a gas grill and all kinds of equipment to enjoy the beach or try your hand at catching fish or crabs. This fully-furnished condo is just over 1,400 square feet with a covered balcony overlooking water views of Morgan Creek, Taylor's Creek and the Beaufort Inlet. Kitchen and bathrooms have been updated. All three bedrooms have queen size beds, accommodating 6 people very comfortably. This unit can be offered with or without linens.
