Update July 14, 2025The July 4th flooding was concentrated west of Canyon Lake. Canyon Lake was able to hold all of the flood waters, taking the lake from 40% full to 65% full. Guadalupe River east of Canyon Lake, including our lake and house, was minimally affected. As of today, the water remains contained within the river banks and is slowly receding. The water never made it up to the dock and guests are enjoying the property as usual.
