So this is a great location for those wishing to snowmobile, ATV, or fat tire bike down the miles of trails that the Eastern Upper Peninsula has to offer. Please let me know if you are bringing a trailer, especially in the winter, so I can plow a spot for it. If your trailer is really big (more that 2 sleds) the gas station in Moran (about 1/4 mil away) allows you to leave you trailer there. They do that figuring you will be purchasing you gas and necessities from them.We have Starlink internet in the home. You should expect speeds of 200-300mb/sec while connected to the WiFi.Also in full disclosure we do have a 3 security cameras that records outside the home. 1 records the driveway, 1 records the back yard, and 1 records the back doors. Two bedrooms feature queen beds and flat screen TV's while the third bedroom is complete with two twin beds. A large well stocked modern kitchen with dishes to bake, heat a frozen pizza, make some spaghetti or to just relax in with a glass of wine. This cozy up north cottage features a view of Lake Huron including Big St. Martin's Island, Mackinac Island and the Mackinac bridge. It sits on a large 2 acre clearing on the mouth of the river and lake Huron, with a boat well for easy access to water adventures. 2010 Sweetwater 50 horse power Pontoon boat included in 2022 summer season rental. (Memorial Day - Second week in September). The only neighbors are on the far back side of driveway, the property is completely private on lake/deck side.
