The home is tucked away behind one of the area's finest wineries on a private road, with a limited number of neighboring houses.The main living space includes the kitchen and living room with large windows facing out to the lake and a wall-mounted Samsung smart TV. The master bedroom (king size bed) also shares lakeside views. Bedroom two has a queen bed; bedroom three has a twin over queen bunk bed. Each bedroom features new, comfortable beds and mattresses along with blackout shades for a restful sleep. A pack n play is available upon request.The kitchen features new appliances, purified drinking water, and a dining table for six. A Nespresso VertuoPlus machine is here for your use with a sampling of pods along with a standard drip coffee maker. The kitchen is stocked with basic cooking supplies (olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, flour, sugar) along with cookware, dishes, utensils, a microwave, toaster and large pancake griddle. A propane grill is available for your use. The bathroom has been completely redone with a large vanity and shower. A high efficiency washer and dryer are available. We take pride in the cleanliness of the house and follow a strict cleaning process in between guests.A private driveway offers parking for up to 3 vehicles, with a set of stairs that take you down to the house. Like some other homes in the Finger Lakes, there are a lot of steps to get to the house (about 50) with no direct way to unload from your vehicle.
