Located on a quiet side street in the beautiful Lancaster County. It is a quarter acre property that is well-maintained with a newly remodeled bi-level house (exterior still needs work, dont let that scare you). A solid block house built in the 1950s, has lots of charm, hardwood floors and neutral colors. Three bedrooms, one full bath, fully equipped kitchen, and living room area. It has a yard out back if you enjoy sitting outside. Sight & Sound Theater (4.4 miles), American Music Theater, Dutch Wonderland, Strasburg Railroad, Choo Choo Barn, Cherry Crest Adventure Farm, Lancaster Convention Center, American Music Theatre, Amish Buggy Rides all within 10-20 minutes of here. Towns of Bird-in-Hand, Intercourse, Strasburg, Paradise, Lancaster City and even Lititz are all very near-by. Very centrally located. Many chain restaurants with-in 5-10 minutes, and Tanger Outlets too!! Also some specialty restaurants such as Katies Kitchen, Dienner’s, Miller’s Smorgasboard, Agape Cafe, Village Cafe, Tomato Pie Cafe, & Hudson Botanical. Best coffee shop around… Latte Luv by far the best (has 3 locations, 2 are walk-in,Paradise location is drive-thru only).All of the tourist attractions near-by but the property is located on a quiet off street. Family oriented neighborhood with Amish neighbors across the street. ALSO NOTE- ABSOLUTELY NO parties allowed on this property. It is less than a mile from Rockvale Outlets, Dutch Wonderland and lots of restuarants and also 2 miles from Sight and Sound Theater. And minutes from the Village of Intercourse. This sparkling clean cottage has 3 bedrooms (one on the main level and 2 upstairs) an 1 bath, a fully equipped kitchen, deck with a gas grill, free wifi also available. A 1930's restored cottage placed perfectly along the Millstream with large mature trees in a large backyard overlooking the Millstream. This home has 4 bedrooms including 3 king size beds and a double bed, all made with luxurious bedding.Featuring a dining area and breakfast nook with 4 spacious living areas.A studio suite is located in the lower level of the home featuring a king size bed, family room, kitchenette and a bathroom. There is a door at the bottom of the stairs for privacy, and a outdoor entrance leading into the backyard.Enjoy our deck with a table and seating overlooking the backyard and the Millstream. 리리뷰어The room was very clean and neat. We stayed in a two bed room. The mattress was very comfortable, not too soft or firm. There were enough pillows for comfort. The tv wasn't too big and had decent channels. There was a small microwave, fridge, and Keurig with coffee pods. The A/C unit hung on the wall. My only complaint was trying to figure out how to work it, as there was no instructions. It was also very loud. Breakfast was included, and all I can say is ”yum”! The waffle mix was delicious, as was the sausage gravy and biscuits. If you leave hungry, it's your own fault. We will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you for such a clean, friendly motel.

리리뷰어우리 가족은 지난 2023년 4월에 숙박을 예약했기 때문에 2024년 4월 PA 여행을 위해 이 장소를 예약하는 것은 당연했습니다. 우리는 두 옷장 문이 이전 거주자에 의해 깨졌기 때문에 방의 상태에 실망했습니다. 사진은 이야기와 프론트 데스크를 말해줍니다. 다른 문제는 8시 45분경 수영장 지역을 오가거나 오가는 감독 없는 아이들이 만든 복도의 시끄러운 소음과 관련이 있습니다.

리리뷰어I worry about booking the ”lower” hotels in the major chains. However, I took a chance because the ratings were good and I am glad I did. This is a no frills hotel but our room was very clean and well taken care of. There were plenty of electric outlets and plug in for devices. The walls are a little thin as was noted in several reviews but it is a hotel not a private home. The breakfast was also no frills but very good and satisfying.

리리뷰어방은 깨끗하고 깔끔했습니다. 예외적인 것은 침대였습니다. 매우 편안했습니다. 단단하지만 수용합니다. 그리고 베개도 조금 작더라도 매우 편안했습니다. 우리의 유일한 작은 불만은 카펫이 최근에 청소되었지만 공기를 공급하지 않은 것처럼 방에서 일종의 냄새가났다는 것입니다. 그래도 우리는 잘 잤고 방에는 충분한 수건과 뜨거운 물, 방에 좋은 커피, 전자레인지, 냉장고, 일반적인 것들이 있었습니다. 그들의 아침 식사도 훌륭한 스크램블 에그와 함께 꽤 좋았고 소시지는 잘 요리되었으며 (우리가 머물렀던 다른 장소와 달리) 특히 계피 맛 와플을 좋아했습니다. 거기 커피도 좋았습니다. 나는 우리가 전반적인 경험을 방의 냄새에 대해 탁월한 ”우수한”등급을 주었을 것이라고 생각합니다. 조건은 쉽게 수정 될 것이라고 확신합니다.

리리뷰어Had a great stay! Rooms were clean and area felt safe. Great location for exploring the area and needing an overnight accommodation, it fit the bill. Beds were a little hard and squeaky. Other lodgers were respectful and quiet. The cottages are right next to a small airport, so just note there is no sleeping in as it is running with flights by 8. They are small planes and you get a nice flight show.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn in Lancaster, PA and had a really good experience. Nothing over-the-top fancy, but everything was solid and definitely better than we expected. Do not expect much on the breakfast but it was fine and will definitely fill your tummies!
The location is great – close to restaurants, shops, and local spots, which made getting around super easy. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the whole place felt well-kept.
Staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed something. We also liked the facilities – especially the gym and pool – both were clean and not too crowded.
One thing we really appreciated was the easy mobile check-out. Super convenient and saved us time in the morning – no need to wait in line.
Overall, a smooth, hassle-free stay. Would definitely consider coming back if we're in the area again!

HHuntSueThe rooms were much smaller and the bed was not the size advertised. The coffee shop was horrible! It took us 20 minutes to get 3 coffees, the lids didn't fit and the cups were so cheap that the one cup just about disintegrated and the coffee split all over my husband and our car. The attendant was pretty clueless and did not know how to work the register. The indoor pool area was nice, but the water was freezing and like most places there is not enough seating to place your belongings down. Given this carries the Cartoon Network name, we expected there to be better quality! It was basically a cleaned up Motel using the Cartoon Network name to draw in business.

When we open the room door we smell a bad odor( like the room was closed for a long time and no body opened the window to have a fresh air) the building and the rooms needs an update, it’s old, specially the mattress, my brother in law didn’t sleep well and had a back pain because of the mattress.
The breakfast was ok,( toast, coffee, milk and juice)
They should upgrade the rooms.
