Jake's Place is a duplex, newly remodeled and stylish. It is a 2- bedroom unit all on one level and is conveniently located on the southside of La Crosse, between both local hospitals. An easy walk to both, as well as the Fine Arts Center at Viterbo College. Inexpensive ride share costs to downtown La Crosse, UWL and Western College. There is a small dining area and yard, as well as an outside deck with a grill. Nicely furnished and it has all the necessities in the kitchen. A washer and dryer is provided for longer stay guests. As well, the new sofa sleeper can accommodate additional guests with its full-size mattress. Come enjoy the river valley and bluffs. Great food and drinks are abundant, and this place is close to it all. This property is on the northside of La Crosse, close to all major travel paths in and out of town. Old Town shopping center and the famous Sweet Shop is only a block to the west. Close to the mighty Mississippi and many area attractions. Great food is close. This house has been recently and completely updated. Because of recent problems with guests complying with my allowed pet policy, I have been forced to move to a total no pet policy, with significant penalty for any violation.
