There is a $30/night pet fee. We provide a few blankets and a clean up station in the yard for your use. Dogs are not allowed on furniture, unless it is a necessity by a service animal; prefer out of the carpeted rooms due to easier to clean. Dogs need to be kenneled or in back yard if left alone. Guest is responsible to check fence and make sure it is suitable for dog to be left alone outside, however if dog is outside, excessive barking can not be an issue. If neighbors complain this could lead to cancelled reservation, with no refund. Fee for excessive damage and clean up fee of $250 will be charged for pet messes.
