There is a new in ground pool.The spacious house is ideal for 10 people. There are 4 bedrooms. Each bedroom has a Queen but in the 4th bedroom besides the Queen you will also find two twins. There are two full baths.The kitchen/dining room area is open with large windows overlooking the yard and waterfall. The house has a dishwasher, washer and dryer, cable TV, internet, flat screened TV. All the bed linens are provided but we do ask our guests to bring their own towels, paper products and soaps. All outdoor activities such as fishing, swimming in lakes, hiking, water rafting in the Hudson River, horseback riding are just minutes from us. There are 5 cabins on the property that share the in ground pool but they are further removed from the setting of this house. In the Summer months of July and August we do have a 3 night minimum. Great for large groups such as family reunions. We never ask you to transfer money to any bank account. we are set up with a secure credit card system. Our chalet is brand new with beautifully crafted details and furniture, made locally. There is plenty of space for family or friend’s looking to spend time together, but also enough privacy to get in some quiet time. Please enjoy the entire chalet and property during your stay, we do not rent individual rooms. On the main floor are three bedrooms with private full baths, 2 Queens and 1 Full. Our kitchen is stocked with all the essentials, just bring your own food and spices! Enjoy a family style meal at the beautifully crafted dining table with seating for 10+ people. Relax in the living room around the gas fireplace or in front of the 55" curved TV to enjoy your favorite shows. The chalet’s Loft area offers privacy and blocks sound from the main floor. With a Twin bunk bed, a Full bed and a Queen, there is plenty of space for the kids! The Loft bathroom has two sinks and a full shower/tub so no one has to wait in line! Challenge your friends to shuffle board in the downstairs game room with plenty of bar top seating. You’re welcome to wash and dry your laundry in the laundry room.Warm up next to an outdoor fire in an amazing stone fireplace under our covered pavilion while taking advantage of the grill. One of the most magnificent settings anywhere! A very private property yet easily accessible with any car, even in the winter. Swim in your own pristine waterfront Pond with a sandy beach. Row your boat around the Pond or just relax in a chaise by the edge of the water and take in the beauty. The house comes with four bedrooms and two and one half baths. There is one full bath upstairs and one half bath upstairs. Downstairs there is another full bath. There are three bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs. The house has Cathedral ceilings in the dining room and part of the living room where the marble fireplace is situated. You will find a beautiful Baby Grand Piano in the Living Room. Also there is a new Fussball Table.There is a large screened porch that overlooks the Creek which is accessed by the living room as well as from the porch. The Creek runs by the entire edge of the property. We also have two sets of swings for kids and adults. We also have a 2 bedroom guest house which is next to the 4 bedroom house. That will accommodate 8 guests and we offer that for $320 per night. If you do not decide to rent that we do not make it available to any other guests. It will be closed while you stay there. We also have an authentic Log Cabin which is available accommodating 2 to 4 guests which is available to rent for $250 per night.
