You’ll love 360 degree views of Hill Country and Lake Travis, towering oaks, high end décor, and close proximity to Austin. This home is directly on the lake, and although it does not have a boat dock, there are boats available for tours next door (Austin' Boat Tours) and boat ramp available not far for public access. There's also limos and shuttles available upon request (ATX Party Bus and Aria Limos). Upon arrival, you’ll drive through the ornate gate, up to the home, and to the main entrance. An elevator will whisk you up to the top floor. The impressive open floor plan offers an expansive living area, dining area, and kitchen on the top floor. The opulent living area features ultra-high ceilings and an abundance of windows, which flood the space with natural light. The dining area sits between the main living room and the kitchen. The high-top table seats four and the kitchen bar seats several more. The gourmet kitchen has top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances; including a Viking six burner range, Sub-Zero refrigerator, and two dishwashers. The black granite countertops are remarkable. The second living area is huge! It features a full wet bar, wine fridge, counter seating for four and a high-top table for four on the deck. The living room has a plush leather couch, a flat screen TV, arresting artwork, and another great view. The master bedroom has a king size bed, chic décor, and access to a private balcony. The master bathroom has a marble walk-in multiple head shower with glass bricks. The second guest room also has a king size bed, high-end décor, and great views. The other four guest rooms have queen beds and, like all the rooms in the house, amazing views of the Hill Country and Lake Travis. All bedrooms have sliding door balcony access. There are four more full baths and a half bath on the main floor. Multiple fireplaces and flat screen televisions in every room provide comfortable interior spaces or head out to the expansive waterfront outdoor living areas for a taste of the exterior amenities. A gas grill and poolside seating enhances your entertainment options. If you think the inside is impressive, wait until you go outside! There’s a covered basketball court adjacent to the pool area. The pool itself is huge and surrounded by oaks and palms, and the landscape lighting is phenomenal! There’s a large outdoor sectional sofa next to the pool along with a soothing hot tub. The view is impressive! There are two balconies overlooking the pool and lake, all of which have comfortable seating and access from the bedrooms and living areas. The entirety of the house facing the lakeside is floor to ceiling windows so you won't miss any sunsets. Sleeping accommodations are for 8 people. The master bedroom has a king sized bed. It has it's own private toilet and shower/tub room. The family room has a sleeper sofa with a comfortable queen sized bed. This room also has a half bath. The guest house has a queen sized bed in the bedroom and a sitting room with a queen sized sleeper sofa. The guest house rooms are separated by a full bathroom and can be closed off for privacy. There are many common sitting areas for together time.This is a gated property on 2 acres abundant with wildlife i.e. grey fox, armadillos, deer, skunk, raccoons, possums, owls, turkey, tortoises and croaking bullfrogs in the ponds. The property is a compound of houses. Jeff and Sara, the owners, live in a house set apart from the rental property. Sara's brother, Gordon lives in a Tiny Home in this same area.
