The Guest House is thoughtfully furnished with 1 king bed, 1 queen size bed, 1 queen sofa bed. The living room has 50” TV (second TV in BR), electric fireplace, WiFi. The kitchen is very well equipped including a spice rack, wine, champagne, martini & margarita glasses, brandy snifters & frosted beer mugs, dishes, pots & pans, utensils, microwave,/convection oven, toaster, blender, Kurig coffee maker ( coffee, tea, hot chocolate), dishwasher & washer & dryer (detergent supplied). The dining area has views of the private backyard surrounded by stone walls (circa 1820’s) and woods with an outdoor fire pit, 5 burner gas grill w/side burner, charcoal BBQ grill, patio furniture w/umbrella, swing set, 2 hammocks. The front deck has patio furniture. We border Sunny Hill Golf Course (9 golf courses within a 14 mile radius). 32 minutes to Ski Windham.
