This half of a newly built townhouse boasts 1100 Square ft. of comfort and modern amenities. Coffee, tea, condiments, and spices are provided. There's a bar height eating area as well as a dining table and chairs (2 extra chairs are stored in the bedrooms). The living area features comfortable seating, a smart tv with access to multiple free channels, and a 14000 BTU a/c unit that easily cools the whole house. Books for adults and kids are available if that's more your vibe. You'll have your own private patio with a propane barbeque grill (available May-October), and table and chairs for dining outside. Wifi is available for all your internet needs. The master bedroom has a brand new king size mattress.
