We added a small "Oster" oven one big enough to baked potatoes, pizza, bread, veggies. Also on the grill there is a side burner for eggs and bacon to start your morning off.When you walk into the unit you will find our kitchenette, with your appliances, full refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and our new Oster oven....sink for washing dishes and a large shower.Then you will walk into the bedroom area with a queen size bed, a futon for a 3rd person, a new desk in case you need to touch base with work , a new flat screen 40" TV install on the wall which can be moved for your viewing with 200 channels n free wi/fi provided by Comcast. We are PET FRIENDLY and have an ELEVATOR (great for easy unpacking and settling in after a long trip - or for any guest not able to climb stairs) and a fenced in back yard. And , unlike front beach and most 2nd row homes on Folly, this home has wonderful parking. There is room for 3 cars under the home and room for 5 more cars on the driveways.
