It is the upper floor apartment in a double story Duplex with 1750 sq. feet of air-conditioned accommodation and 275 sq. feet of covered balcony that runs the entire width of the building with lots of room to relax, eat and enjoy the Florida lifestyle. One block in the opposite direction is the beach and the start of the boardwalk that runs right through the town past the pier. There are lifeguards to watch the children in the water while mom and dad relax and work on their suntan. The kids will have a ball especially if you rent them a belly board from the local surf shop.
