The downstairs is equipped with a spacious kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, storage space from numerous cabinets and closets, and a full bathroom. Wander up to the second floor to find both generous-sized bedrooms and a newly renovated full bathroom. There are two assigned spots in the building's parking lot, as well as a town of Fenwick parking pass should you decide to make the short drive to the beach. We are also located just steps from two of Fenwick's most popular restaurants, Catch 54 if you are looking for delicious seafood and Papa Grandes, where they make a really great margarita.
